Puzzlesprint

Compared to the other site I use this was miles quicker, checkout took about a minute on my phone. Got the jigsaw for my nephew and it arrived the next morning. Will be back.

Needed a bit of extra stuff for my uni project and this was the quickest place I could find. Ordered Monday, it came Wednesday. Packaging was fine, nothing got squashed. Would order again honestly.

Ordered a pack of the big print crosswords and sudoku books for our caravan holiday. Cheaper than the petrol to drive to the shop and back, and the delivery turned up two days later. Nothing to complain about for the money.

Good site, got what I wanted without fuss. Ordered on my lunch break on my phone and it was done in a few minutes, checkout was quick and didn't ask me for loads of stuff. Only thing is the confirmation email took a while to land, so I was checking my spam folder for a bit. Otherwise fine, will use again.

Compared to the other place I usually use this was a bit of a letdown. Took ages to load on my phone and the checkout kept asking me to log in again. Got there in the end but I'd go elsewhere next time.

First time buying from here and I'll admit I was a bit cautious. The site was clear about delivery times and the order arrived exactly when it said it would. Everything was as described and the price matched what I'd seen on the listing. Checkout had a sensible number of steps and the confirmation came straight away, which I appreciated since I was worried it wouldn't go through. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Good value for what you get, and I checked a couple of other sites first. Bought the bundle and it worked out cheaper than buying the bits separately. Delivery was prompt and the box was fine. Happy with it.

Needed a quick replacement for something that broke and this was the first place that had it in stock. I'd looked at two others before and their prices were higher. Everything was fine and it arrived promptly.

I ordered the large jigsaw for my sister's birthday. The box was in good order when it arrived and the pieces were all there, which I was pleased about. The picture was a shade darker than it looked on the website, but it still made a lovely present. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, about five working days.

Compared with the other site I'd been using, this is far more straightforward to navigate and the prices were clearer from the start. I'd been put off by hidden fees elsewhere, but there weren't any here. The item arrived well wrapped and a day earlier than promised. I've already recommended it to my neighbour and she's been very happy too.

Needed a replacement part for my kettle and found this place through a search. First order so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was fine, the part arrived and fitted, though the price was a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere.

I've been using them for years and they're still better than the high street shop I used to go to for the same sort of thing. Prices are fair but not the cheapest, and I did notice a couple of items were a bit more than elsewhere this time. Customer service has always been polite when I've rung them, though it took a few days to get a reply to my last email.

I needed a gift in a hurry for a retirement do and this site had what I was after. Ordered on the Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday, which I thought was very good. The item was well presented and the card came with it. I was glad I didn't have to traipse into town.

I bought the wooden puzzle box for my grandson, who is very fond of brainteasers. The joints fit nicely and it arrived without a mark on it. It is a little more expensive than similar ones I have seen, but the quality seemed to justify it to me. Delivery was a touch slow, around a week.

The customer reviews on the page were what sold me, I'd compared three or four places before settling here. The item matched the photos and the description. Checkout was smooth and the delivery tracking was really accurate. Would go back for sure.

Been buying this kind of thing for years so I know what to look for. The range here is decent and the descriptions are accurate about materials and sizes. Ordered in the morning and it was with me the next afternoon. Nothing wrong with it.

The price per item was what got me, it worked out cheaper than the high street. Got a few bits and the delivery was free over a set amount, which helped. Nothing to grumble about.

The app loads fast which is the main thing for me when I'm on the bus. Found what I needed and tapped through to pay in about two minutes. Only small gripe is the search doesn't always pick up what I type first time.

Went for the bundle deal on the phone while waiting for the kettle to boil and it took about five minutes to sort. Everything turned up in one box, nothing missing. Saved a fair bit compared with buying the parts apart.
