The size chart was the bit that made me trust it. I measured my bike rack twice and the fitting bracket listed exactly the dimensions I needed, so I ordered first time without ringing anyone. It fitted without any forcing and the instructions were clear enough to do it in an hour on a Sunday. Good value for something I'd otherwise have paid a local place to fit.

Ordered here for years and the quality has stayed reasonable, so this order for the workshop bits was no different. The shelving brackets fit the rails we already had. Only thing that slowed me down was a backorder notice that showed up after I'd paid, which meant waiting an extra week. Still, I'd order again.

Needed a replacement pump for the garden fountain after the old one packed in over winter. Ordering was easy enough and it came with the right fittings. The only niggle was the confirmation email landing in spam, so I had to chase the order number. Pump works fine now.

Needed a new filter for the vacuum after the old one clogged up and the carpets stopped getting clean. Found the right one by typing in the model from the back of the hoover. Arrived in two days, fitted it in five minutes, and the suction is back to normal. Good value and no drama.

Compared with the other place I usually use for light bulbs, this was a bit dearer per pack. The packs themselves are fine and the delivery was fine too. Just wish the price had matched.

Not the cheapest option, which is the main thing I'd say. I had a look at three other sites for the same storage crate first and this one was a few pounds more. The crate itself is sturdy enough and matches the photos. Delivery took the full five days they quoted, nothing went wrong with it. Would have gone with them again if the price had been level.

Way better than the big chain I usually go to for this stuff. Same hair dryer brand for less, and the box came in two days. Bit of a bargain tbh.

Bought the small dehumidifier for the damp cupboard under the stairs. It's been running a month now and the water tank fills up roughly every two days, which tells me it's doing its job. Checkout was quick, I didn't have to make an account, and the price was lower than the big DIY chains. For a cheap fix to a damp problem it's been good value so far.

Compared to the other site I tried first, the checkout here was much quicker and I didn't have to fill in half the form twice. The lamp shade arrived in one piece with the bulb already fitted. Nothing special, just does the job. Happy with it.

This is the best of the ones I looked at for a basic desk chair, and I looked at a fair few. The price was lower than the big retailers and the reviews on the page were actually useful. Built it myself in about forty minutes. Solid enough, no wobble. Happy with the pick.

The colour on my screen made the blue look far brighter than what turned up. I've been a customer a long time so I was a bit let down. It was a fiddly job sending it back too, the returns form kept timing out. Refund came through eventually but it took longer than I'd like.

The phone case looked way more matte on the site than in real life, it's a bit shinier. Not a dealbreaker but I'd expected something else. Delivery was quick though and it fits my phone fine.

Compared to the hardware shop down the road, prices here are a few quid lower on the same brand of drill bits. Been ordering for years and the site is easy enough, though the sizes on one set were listed in a different unit than I expected. Delivery took three days, fine by me.

The ink cartridges I ordered for my old inkjet printed the first page perfectly and the colours matched the swatch on the site. Packed in a padded envelope, arrived the next working day. Cheaper than the big name brands by a good margin, and I haven't had a clog yet.

After comparing a few options for a set of plant pots, this was the one with the best price for what came in the box. The pots are a decent thickness and the drainage holes are where they should be. Got them on a Tuesday and they were here by Thursday, which was good enough for me.

Still my first stop for birthday presents and I've been ordering here for about eight years. The gift wrap option is reliable and the reminder emails are useful rather than annoying. This year's cardigan for my sister was exactly the wool and colour I wanted. Never had a real problem.

We needed to replace a whole set of worn kitchen bits before my mum came to stay, and the usual shops wanted nearly double for the same thing. Found what we needed here, the price was sensible for what it was, and I've already put the same order in for the spare room. Nothing to complain about for the money, honestly, and it arrived when they said it would which is more than I can say for some.

Ordered the little speaker for the flat kitchen and it's honestly loud for the size. The bass is a bit thin but for a tenner it's fine. Packaging was minimal, which I liked. Would get another one, no issues so far.

Needed a new charger after mine gave up the night before a deadline. Ordered it at like eleven at night and it was on my desk by the next afternoon. Works fine, cheaper than the campus shop. Can't really ask for more than that.

Got the navy tote bag for the gym and uni bag. It's a decent size and the handles feel sturdy enough. Delivery was fast and it came in a plain bag with no fuss. Good for the money.
