Know my way around this sort of kit so I went in expecting it to be fine, and it is. The spec matches what's listed and the build quality is better than I'd guessed from the price. Dispatch was quick and the packaging was sensible. No surprises, which is what I wanted.
Read moreI've been ordering from here on and off for about six years now, mostly garden bits and the odd bit of hardware. This time a tool I ordered came with one of the handles cracked, and getting through to someone about it took a few days of back and forth by email before they sorted a replacement. The replacement came quick enough once it was agreed, but the wait for the first reply was a bit of a…
Read moreFinally got the trainers I'd been after for ages, they were in stock in my size which is rare. Ordered on the way home and they turned up the next morning in a proper box with tissue paper inside. Fit is spot on and they're comfy from the first wear. The sizing chart was accurate too, so no faff with returns. Really pleased with this one and I'm going back for another pair in a different colour.

Bought the desk lamp for my room and it's exactly what I wanted. Arrived in a box with the bulb already fitted, which saved me a job. The switch is a bit fiddly to find in the dark but that's me being picky. Good price for what it is.
I'm afraid I found it far easier than going into town, which is a bother with my hip. The order page was clear and I could read everything without my glasses, which I appreciated. The parcel arrived within the week and everything was as described. I'd say it's a very sensible way to shop.
I was rather pleased with the way the gift wrapping was handled when I ordered a book and a small silver bracelet for my granddaughter's eighteenth. The order page was clear and I didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted, which I'm grateful for as I'm not very good with websites. Everything arrived beautifully presented and well before the date I'd given myself.
Compared to the other place I usually use, this was miles quicker to order from. Pages loaded fast and I got my delivery slot without any fuss. Wasn't expecting that.
Needed a dress for my sister's wedding in three weeks and everything else I'd looked at was either too dear or wouldn't arrive in time. Ordered on the Tuesday, it turned up Friday, fits perfectly, the fabric is nicer than the photos. Didn't have to faff about with returns either, which was a relief. Will be back.
This is the one I'd pick out of the lot, and I'd say the price is fair for what you get. Looked at four others before ordering and this came out ahead on value. Delivery was on time and nothing was damaged. Happy with it.

Needed a new set of bike lights before the winter and this was the cheapest I could find that wasn't a dodgy brand. The price was the thing that stood out most, it was noticeably less than the big chains for the same set. Arrived in two working days in the box it was sent in, nothing damaged. Does the job and was no trouble to order.
I needed a decent set of knives after my old ones went blunt and wouldn't take an edge anymore. Ordered this set and they arrived sharp and well made. The price is a good deal compared to the department store and they came with a proper block. Wrapping was careful and the box was undamaged. Delivery came on the day the site said it would. I've already told my sister to have a look.
Best thing is it was quick to order and the app saved my details so next time was two taps. Got my trainers in about three days. Would get again.
Got a set of candles for my flat, my first time ordering from here. They smell lovely and the jars are a decent size. Delivery was quick and everything arrived unbroken. Think I'll be back for more.
