Know my way around this sort of kit so I went in expecting it to be fine, and it is. The spec matches what's listed and the build quality is better than I'd guessed from the price. Dispatch was quick and the packaging was sensible. No surprises, which is what I wanted.
Read moreI've been ordering from here on and off for about six years now, mostly garden bits and the odd bit of hardware. This time a tool I ordered came with one of the handles cracked, and getting through to someone about it took a few days of back and forth by email before they sorted a replacement. The replacement came quick enough once it was agreed, but the wait for the first reply was a bit of a…
Read moreFinally got the trainers I'd been after for ages, they were in stock in my size which is rare. Ordered on the way home and they turned up the next morning in a proper box with tissue paper inside. Fit is spot on and they're comfy from the first wear. The sizing chart was accurate too, so no faff with returns. Really pleased with this one and I'm going back for another pair in a different colour.
Read moreNeeded a replacement charger cable for the car after the old one frayed right where it plugs in. Found one here for less than the garage wanted and it arrived in the post a couple of days later, which was fine. Only niggle is the postage costs a bit more than I'd like on a small item, but the cable works and that's what I needed.
Got the trainers and they're comfy straight out the box. Delivery was next day which was class. Only thing is the laces are a bit short so I've had to swap them out, not a big deal though. Would get them again.
Compared it to the other site I use for the same kind of thing and this one was a bit dearer. The item itself is decent and the site was easy to use. Would have liked it to be a bit more competitive on price.
Ordered a jacket in a rush before a trip and it came in two days which I was chuffed with. Had a question about the sizing so I emailed them and it took about three days to get a reply. Not the end of the world but I'd have liked it sooner. The jacket itself is great.
Needed a present for my dad's birthday on the Saturday and I'd forgotten until the Thursday. Ordered it Thursday night, arrived Friday. The gift wrap was a nice touch. Didn't have to think too hard about it.
Honestly this was my first time ordering from here and it went smoothly. Got a phone case and a charger and both arrived in good time. The only thing was the cable came with a bit of a kink in it, nothing a bit of care didn't sort, but I'd have liked it packed a bit better. Price was good for what it was.
