Pro Direct Tennis

Best place for my bits, the site is easy to use and my new bag came the next day. Grips and balls were all in order. Just wish the checkout asked for my postcode earlier.

Bought a pair of court trainers from here last month for my Tuesday night league and they turned up two days later which was fine. Site was quick to use on my phone, didn't have to make an account, just checked out with my card and got on with my day. Only thing is the size guide was a bit off so I'm wearing a half size up, but I'd still order from them again.

Way better than the sports shop on my high street, the prices are lower and the choice is massive. Ordered a pair of shoes and a racket and they both came quick. Checkout was dead easy too.

I'd snapped a string the night before a club league match and needed something quick. Found a set on the site, ordered in the evening and they were with me the next day. Not the cheapest, but the speed sorted me out and I played fine. Only small niggle was the delivery window being a bit wide.

The fitting advice I received by phone was helpful and the racket I chose has been pleasant to use. I did find the returns form rather fiddly, and it took a couple of emails before the refund was confirmed. The prices are reasonable, though I dare say they are not the cheapest around.

The best value I've found for tennis kit in ages. Good prices for the brands they stock, the order was spot on, and the delivery came well ahead of the date I was given. Stock was all there and well packed. Won't be going anywhere else for club night kit.

Restrung my frame with a multifilament and the tension came back exactly as I asked for, which is more than I can say for some places. The price is fair for what you get, though not the cheapest I've seen online. Delivery was two days and the strings were packed properly, no loose ends. Only niggle is the checkout asks for far too many details before you can pay.

Compared with buying balls at the club shop, this works out cheaper for a tube of the same brand. Shipping was free over a certain amount and the box came quickly. For the price I paid, I can't complain and I'll keep ordering from here for the balls and strings.

I bought a pack of overgrips for my first proper racket and the colour in the photo was a lot brighter than what arrived. They also took a few days to dispatch, which I wasn't expecting from the tracking page. The grips themselves are fine and feel decent in the hand, but I felt a bit short changed on the look and the wait.

I wanted to upgrade from my old frame before getting back into club sessions after a long break. The range on the site is wide and the filters helped me narrow it down quickly. Price is a touch above some rivals, but the shop feels trustworthy.

I got my daughter a junior tennis bag from here for her first season at the local club. It arrived on time and the bag feels sturdy enough. The zips are a bit stiff though, and it took a little getting used to. Otherwise pretty happy with it.

Bought my first proper racket from here after my mate recommended it. The one I picked arrived wrapped nicely and was exactly what I'd ordered. Setup took a minute and it feels great. Happy to be a customer now.

Honestly the best place I've found for tennis stuff in the UK. The stock is deep, they carry the proper brands and not just the cheap own-label rubbish. Restringing is done carefully and the tension is always spot on. If you play regularly and want the right kit without faff, this is the one to go with.

I compared a few places before settling on this one for a set of strings and a grip. The stock is good and the product matched the description. It is not the cheapest though, and I could have saved a few pounds elsewhere. Still, the delivery was reliable and I got what I needed.

I entered my first local tournament and needed fresh grips for my racket. Ordered them the night before I was due to play and they still came through in time. Simple site and no fuss at checkout.

I've been buying my strings and bits from them for about six years now, ever since my old shop closed down. The site has barely changed and that's why I stick with it, you know where everything is. Restrings come back in a few days in a proper padded box with the tension noted on a card, which I like. I've never had a problem with a racket arriving damaged and the staff on the phone actually know their stuff.

I signed up for beginner tennis lessons and needed a racket that wasn't too heavy. Found one that suited me on the site and it came in time for my first session. Easy order and nothing to complain about.

Ordered a racket, compared it to a rival site first and this was a few quid cheaper. Got it quick. Checkout asked me to create an account which was annoying but fine.

The strings I bought from here were exactly right, and the advice on tension was clear and sensible. My complaint is the wait, which was longer than the page suggested. Still, I got there in the end and would consider ordering again.

Compared to the sports chain in town, this is miles better. The staff on the phone actually know their strings and asked me what I play before suggesting anything. I've been a customer for years and the advice alone is worth it. Prices are fair and checkout is quick, so I just put my order in and forget about it until the parcel turns up.
