I bought the cast iron casserole dish that I'd had my eye on for some time, and it has been a joy to cook in. The enamel is even and the lid seals nicely. It came carefully packed and well ahead of the estimated date, which I thought was very decent of them.

The jeans fit lovely and the price was good, the order itself was simple. Had to send one pair back because the waist was too big and the returns form was a bit fiddly to find. Refund came through after about a week, so not terrible, just a faff.

Bought the ceramic mug set as a birthday treat for myself. The mugs are chunky and the glaze is lovely. Arrived in a day and each one was wrapped separately.

We needed a new set of bed linen after the old ones finally gave up, and I've been ordering from these for years now so it was an easy choice. The sheets are still soft after plenty of washes. Only thing that bugged me was the checkout page took a bit of fiddling to get through this time.

Ordered the memory foam mattress topper for our double bed and it's really comfy, does exactly what it should. Took a bit longer than the listing said to dispatch though, about four days rather than two. Once it left they were quick and the packaging was fine. Would order again.

Went with these instead of the big electronics chain for a set of headphones and saved a fair bit. They sound good and the case feels sturdy. Arrived the next day.

I needed new secateurs and a bag of compost before the spring planting, which is why I came back to them again. I've been ordering from this lot for a good while now. Everything came well packed and the blades are sharp. The compost came a little lighter than I'd have liked, so the price per bag felt a bit steep, though the quality made up for it.

Ordered a pair of trainers on my phone during a break and they were on my doorstep before the weekend. The size was right first time. Easy to track and the box was in one piece. Will be back.

Honestly the easiest way I've bought a new office chair, the whole thing took about ten minutes. The chair arrived boxed and bagged, and it's comfortable after a full day at the desk. I'd happily buy from them again.

I'm afraid this one was only a middling experience for me. The item arrived in good order but it wasn't quite the shade shown on the site, and I did have to wait a few days for someone to reply when I asked about it. It's perfectly serviceable though, and the price was reasonable.

Compared to the app I normally use for my weekly food order this was way less faff, the checkout took about a minute and I didn't have to log in twice. Delivery was a bit slow on the Friday night, around 50 minutes instead of the 35 it said, but the food was still hot and the rider was polite. Would order again, the prices are about the same as the other lot.

Compared to the other site i tried for a phone case, these were way quicker and the case was a bit cheaper too. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was with me by Thursday, no faff at all. Only real thing i'd say is the checkout wanted my details twice but otherwise dead easy, will be using them again for sure.

Had a look at a few places before settling on this one and it came out on top. The chair is solid and the delivery people were polite about getting it up the stairs. Good value for what you get, so that's me sorted.

What struck me first was how solid the cordless drill felt in the hand, the weight is just right for longer jobs. I know my tools so I checked the spec on the listing against it and it matched. Delivered next day as promised.
