Premier Inn At Home

Honestly one of the easiest orders I've done online. Picked a bed frame on my phone at midnight, it was on my doorstep three days later and no hassle at all. Didn't have to ring anyone, just got on with my weekend.

Got a matching bedside table for the new bed and it was the first thing I ordered from them. Looks good in the bedroom and the finish is smooth. Happy with the whole thing.

Looked at a couple of other sites first and this one came out cheaper with a better range of frames. Ordered quick on my phone and the bed turned up when it said it would. Good stuff.

We were having guests every other weekend and the old sofa bed was killing everyone's back. Went with this site because the prices were fair. The bed came a day later than the estimate, but it was all fine once it was up.

Needed a bed in a hurry after my last one broke and this was the first place I found with stock. Ordered in the evening and it was booked in for the next week, which was fine. Bit of a wait but nothing dramatic.

Bought the mattress topper for the second time after the first one still works well after a couple of years. Ordered it the same way as before and it arrived on schedule. I've recommended the topper to my sister, who is now buying one for herself, so that's about as good a testimonial as I can give.

Just moved into my first flat and needed a bed sorted fast. Found this one and it was dead easy to order. The frame came quick and goes together without any trouble, so I'm chuffed with it.

Bought a mattress topper and it came in a few days. Price was decent too. Nothing to complain about really, will probably order from here again when I need a new bed.

The first thing I noticed was how clearly the dimensions were listed, because I'd been burned before by a bed that was a few centimetres too long for the alcove. This one fitted perfectly with room for the bedside table. The filters on the site made narrowing down the frame style quick, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. Delivery was on the date they gave me.

The bed frame arrived but one of the outer boxes was dented and a corner of the headboard had a scuff. The frame itself seems fine, just not how I'd want it to arrive. Bit annoying but not the end of the world.

Compared with buying from our local furniture shop, this was far more straightforward and the price was kinder. The order process was clear and everything arrived as described. Very satisfied indeed.

I ordered the memory foam mattress topper for my wife's side of the bed, which has been rather uncomfortable for a while. It came well packed and arrived when they said it would. It has made a real difference to her sleep, so I am pleased.

Ordered a single divan base and mattress topper and the price was noticeably lower than what I'd seen in the big shops for the same thing. Checkout was quick, I didn't have to make an account, and the confirmation email had everything I needed. For the money it's hard to argue with, and I'd use them again for the spare room bed when we get round to it.

Compared three sites before picking this one and it came out on top. Prices were sensible, the basket was easy to use, and the bed frame turned up in good time. Happy with it.

Compared with the bed I saw in one of the big chain stores this came in noticeably cheaper for a similar spec. The site was clear about dimensions and the frame matched the photos. The whole thing was simple from start to finish and it was delivered within the window they gave. Really pleased with the value.

Compared with the same mattress on a big marketplace it was a fair bit more expensive, so I had to think about it. Once it arrived it was fine, but I'd have liked a bit more of a discount for buying direct. Delivery was on time.

Ordered the divan bed with the storage drawers and it arrived in one piece, which I wasn't sure it would given the size. Found the drawers slightly stiff at first but they loosened up after a few days of use. Fair price for what you get and the delivery driver was polite about carrying it up the stairs.

The divan base came in a box that had clearly been dropped, with one corner completely crushed in. The base itself was fine once I got it out and the drawers ran smoothly. Ordering was simple enough, I just wanted a bit more care in packing for something this size. The delivery driver was polite and didn't mind waiting while I checked everything over in the hallway.

Ordered a new mattress for the guest room and the price was the deciding factor. It's a bit firmer than I'd expected but that's fine for guests. Delivery came on the day they said.

I'd just got the keys to my first flat and had nothing to sleep on. Found this site and the checkout was straightforward, though I had to re-enter my postcode twice. The bed arrived in a few days, which was faster than I expected. Build was fine with two people and the instructions made sense.
