We needed a new cot mattress for our youngest before the move, and I had a look at about four different places before settling on this one. The others were either dearer or the delivery times were a week or more. The mattress itself is firm and fits the cot properly, no gaps at the sides. Ordering took about five minutes on the site and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way through.

Compared these against the ones I'd seen in a department store, and these were cheaper but not quite the same quality. Ordering was easy and delivery was fine. The fabric is a bit thinner than I expected but they look nice on the sofa. Happy enough.

Went with them over the other site I usually use, mainly because they had the trainers in my size. Compared to the other place it's a bit pricier, which I didn't love. Ordering was alright. Took ages to get a reply when I messaged about my order though, nearly three days. Trainers are fine once they arrived, no complaints there.

The specific thing I bought was a replacement watch strap, and it arrived in the wrong width. The description said one thing but the strap was clearly narrower. Getting it sorted took several days of back and forth by email. I have been a customer a long time, so I expected better.

Got the same bedding set I'd been looking at on another site. Honestly that other place was a bit cheaper, so I'm a bit annoyed I didn't check sooner. Ordering was easy though, and it arrived fine.

Really good value for the quality of the lamp, and it was cheaper than the same one elsewhere. Ordering was simple. I did have to return one item because the colour was a little different in person, and the return form was fiddly to fill in. Once it was sorted the refund came back, so no real complaint.

Ordered the printer ink on the app while waiting for the school run to finish. Took about two minutes, which is great when you are juggling kids. The cartridges came in a padded envelope and were still sealed, so that was good. Only thing is the tracking said dispatched for a day before it showed as out for delivery, a bit slower than I'd like. Otherwise fine.

Been using them for years and they have always been reliable. Ordering is easy and the account saves my details. Delivery is usually spot on. The price is a touch higher than some places but I don't mind paying a little more for a company that gets it right. Good as ever.

I needed a replacement reading lamp as my old one had finally given up after many years. I did look around first, but the choice on this site suited me well. The ordering process was perfectly straightforward and I appreciated the clear product details. Delivery took a little longer than I had hoped, about a week, though I was not chasing them about it. The lamp itself is exactly as described.

Been a customer of theirs for about six years now and the site has never let me down. Last month I reordered my usual dog food and it turned up a day early, which was nice. Only thing I'd change is the search, it's a bit fiddly.

The stand out for me was the price, which was noticeably lower than the big names for the same drill set. Ordering was easy enough. The delivery was slower than promised, taking close to two weeks when the site said a few days. It was not a disaster but it was annoying. The set itself works well.

Pricier than I'd like for what it is, but the bike lock works fine and it came quickly. Ordering was quick. Probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere if I'd looked harder.

Bought the kids waterproof jackets on the site last week. Ordering was quick, checkout took about a minute on my phone. Jackets arrived in good nick and the kids have already worn them in the rain twice.

I needed a birthday present for my brother in a hurry and this was the first time I'd used the site. The ordering was clear and the choice was good, so I didn't have to hunt around. It arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. The gift looked great when I unwrapped it, so I'd definitely use them again. Really happy with the whole thing.

Best place I've found for dressing gowns and I've bought from loads of shops over the years. The quality is what you'd expect for the money, the fabric is soft and the stitching has held up after plenty of washes. I know this area well because I buy presents for the whole family every Christmas. The sizing guide is accurate, which saves a lot of returns. Customer service answered my one question within the hour.

My old kettle had started leaking, so I needed a replacement quickly. I compared a few models before choosing this one, as I wanted something with a proper auto switch-off. The ordering was simple, and I was glad the confirmation arrived promptly. The kettle arrived well packed and works beautifully. Thank you for a smooth experience.

Looked at a few sites before choosing this one for a set of storage boxes for the spare room. They came out a fair bit cheaper than the big names for the same sort of thing. The order was simple to place and the boxes arrived in two days. They are sturdy and the lids fit snugly.

Grabbed the hoodie from the sale on my phone during my lunch break. Checkout was quick, I didn't have to make an account. It came in a plain mailer bag and the colour is exactly like the photos. Good stuff for the price.

The first thing I noticed was the price, which was lower than the big names for the same kind of thing. I checked two other places before ordering and this was the cheapest by a bit. Delivery was quick and the item was fine, nothing special but it does the job. I'd order from them again for sure, the prices are hard to beat for everyday stuff.

Compared it against the big chain shop and it was about a third cheaper for the same sort of thing. Ordered on a Tuesday and it turned up Thursday, which is fine. Good value and no nonsense, exactly what I wanted.
