Compared to ordering the same plumbing bits from my usual merchant, these came in cheaper and the fittings matched the spec sheet exactly. Pipe joints fitted first time, which is more than I can say for some of the cheap stuff I've bought before. Packaging was tidy too, nothing crushed.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how many options they had for radiator valve kits, more than I expected. Signing up for an account to order took a bit of fiddling and my order sat on pending for two days before anyone confirmed it, which was frustrating when the old valve was weeping.
Read moreOur toilet cistern was letting water run constantly and I needed a replacement fill valve before the weekend. I've been a customer here for a long time, mostly for the bits that the big sites don't stock. The order arrived in two days, the valve had the right spigot, and the instructions in the box were clear enough that I fitted it myself without calling anyone.

Used to drive to the merchant for plumbing parts but this is cheaper and saves the petrol. The long-running customer discount is a nice touch. Everything I've ordered has arrived in good order.
Needed the fittings for a leak before the plumber came. Ordered on my phone in the car and it was on my doorstep the next day. Exactly what I needed.
Bought the thermostatic shower mixer after comparing three other options. This one came in cheaper and has all the valves I needed. Installed it last weekend and the temperature holds steady, no more scalding when someone flushes the loo.
Needed a radiator valve kit for my flat because the old one kept weeping. Found them on a search and thought I'd give it a go. Ordered at night, it turned up the next afternoon, and the bits were all in the box with the right sizes, so I got the job done the same evening without going back to the shop.
Honestly this is the best place I've found for a cheap new shower head. Ordered Monday, it was on my doorstep Wednesday and the arm adjusts properly, so I'm sorted.

Bought a replacement fill valve for the cistern and paid a fair price for what you get. Took a couple of days to arrive but the part worked first time and I've no complaints on the cost.
Best place I've found for bulk compression fittings and the trade pricing is fair. Ordered on Monday, it arrived Wednesday with everything I asked for. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to chase anyone.
Ordered a new shower hose because the old one split. It came in a sealed bag, no leaks, and fits perfectly. Ordered Friday and it was at my door Monday, so I'm happy with that.
Ordered a few bits and the little sachet of pipe sealant that came with the order was a nice bonus. The price was a bit lower than my usual place and everything arrived in one go.
Compared with the hardware shop down the road this is much cheaper for pipe clips, and I'd rather not drive. I've been buying from here for years for the garage conversion and they've never let me down.
