Compared to ordering the same plumbing bits from my usual merchant, these came in cheaper and the fittings matched the spec sheet exactly. Pipe joints fitted first time, which is more than I can say for some of the cheap stuff I've bought before. Packaging was tidy too, nothing crushed.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how many options they had for radiator valve kits, more than I expected. Signing up for an account to order took a bit of fiddling and my order sat on pending for two days before anyone confirmed it, which was frustrating when the old valve was weeping.
Read moreOur toilet cistern was letting water run constantly and I needed a replacement fill valve before the weekend. I've been a customer here for a long time, mostly for the bits that the big sites don't stock. The order arrived in two days, the valve had the right spigot, and the instructions in the box were clear enough that I fitted it myself without calling anyone.
Read moreBought more pipe clips for the garage conversion, the same ones I've been buying here for years. The price has crept up a bit lately which is annoying, but the stock is reliable and nothing has arrived broken. The site is still easy to use and the order came the next day.
Bought the shower head with the adjustable arm and it's been great. The spray pattern is nice and the rubber nozzles don't get limescale as bad as my old one. Only small thing is the thread is a touch tight, needed PTFE tape.
My kitchen tap started dripping on a Sunday so I needed a replacement sorted quickly. First time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. The tap arrived in two days and it fitted the old holes without any faff, which I was really pleased about.

The range covers items such as taps, showers, toilets, basins, radiators and the fittings needed to install them. Its website is the main point of contact for customers, who buy directly from the catalogue and have their orders delivered to their door.
