Plank and Beam

Ordered a wardrobe and the handles that came with it were a different finish to the picture. Bit annoying but the wardrobe itself is decent. Ordering was easy, just wish the photos matched a bit better.

Ordered the grey three seater sofa after looking at about four other sites first, and this one came in noticeably cheaper for what looked like the same spec. The sofa itself is comfy and the cushions have held their shape so far. Delivery was a bit of a wait but they kept me updated by text, so no complaints there.

Needed a cheap desk lamp for the spare room and this one was well under what I'd expected to pay. It does the job and the switch is decent. Only small gripe is the cable is a bit short, but for the money it's fine.

We needed two new kitchen stools after the old ones wobbled for months. Ordered these and they arrived well packed and easy to put together. Years of use with my ones and they've never once let me down.

The sofa bed actually turns into a proper double, which was the main thing I needed for my spare room. Checkout on my phone was quick. Arrived within the week and the fabric is lovely.

Bought the oak floating shelves for the living room. They look good on the wall and the brackets are solid. The only thing is the delivery arrived a day later than I was told, but they replied to my message quickly.

Bought a bedside lamp from them last month and it does the job. Arrived in two days, which was quicker than I expected, and the bulb was already in. Price was a bit higher than I'd have liked, though it wasn't a huge gap so I put up with it. The cable is a bit short for my socket so I had to shift the bed a bit, a small niggle really. Would buy again if I needed another light.

Compared with a big supermarket's home range, this costs a fair bit more for a similar bedside lamp. The lamp works fine and the light is nice. The price just stuck in my mind, and I think I'd check a couple of other shops before buying again.

The first thing I noticed was they sent free sample pots of paint before I committed to a colour, which is a nice touch. Ordering was simple enough. Delivery took longer than the site said, though, and the box arrived with one corner dented.

Went through a few other furniture sites before picking this one, and the difference in price for a similar corner unit was the deciding factor. The unit is sturdy and the drawers run smoothly. The order came with everything I needed and the delivery team were friendly and tidy about it. Setting it up took a little longer than the instructions suggested, but once it was done it looked great in the room, and I'm pleased I went with it.

Yeah the mirror is nice, looks better in the flesh than the pics. Took ages to get here though and I had to chase them twice. Would probably order again but not in a rush.

Compared with the set I bought from a big store two years ago, this dining table was a good bit cheaper for something that looks just as solid. It came flat-packed and took an afternoon to put together. Still going strong so far.

Looked at a few rug sites before choosing this one, and the rug here was the best of the bunch for the price. It's soft and the colour is close to the picture. Only downside is it took a while to arrive.

Not happy with this one. Ordered a bookcase and it turned up a different size to what was listed. Emailed about it and it took four days for anyone to reply. Got sorted in the end but it was a faff.

I needed a desk for working from home after my old one fell apart in a move. Found one I liked, placed the order late in the evening and it turned up three days later. Assembly was easy with the instructions and the desk is sturdy.

Compared to the big high street chain, this site had a much better range of outdoor furniture for the same money. The bench I bought is sturdy and the wood feels nice. Order arrived in good time and the whole thing was easy.

Got a set of cushion covers for my bed and they're super soft and the zips work properly. Ordered them one evening on my phone and they were here the next day, which was a nice surprise. Really happy with them so far.

Been ordering from them for years and they have never let me down. The rugs I buy for the hallway are always what I expected, and the returns process is straightforward when I need it. Keep it up.
