I'd looked at several rival shops for a silk scarf before choosing this one, and honestly the others looked better in their pictures. Mine has a slightly uneven print and the colours are duller than shown. The fabric is fine but I expected more from a shop that describes its work so carefully. Sent it back for an exchange and that took more back and forth than I wanted.

Compared with the chain store down the road this leather card wallet was a fraction of the cost and feels just as well made. The edges are neat and it has enough slots without being bulky. Delivery was quick too.

Needed a jumper for a wedding and found one here that looked perfect. Sizing was a bit off though, it runs big and the sleeves are long, so I had to send it back and wait for the refund. The return form was fiddly and took ages to sort out. Shame, the knit is nice.
