Needed a new phone case urgently because my old one cracked on the bus, so I ordered this one on the app during my lunch break. It was picked and sent the same afternoon and arrived the next morning. The case is slim, fits the phone snugly and has a proper grip on the back. Checkout took about a minute and the tracking was accurate. Really handy when you are in a rush and want something sorted.

Compared with two other sites I looked at for replacement kitchen taps, this one had the clearest sizing guide and the best price on the exact model I wanted. The tap went in without any fuss and the fittings were all there. Good value and no nonsense.

Brilliant, I've been using them for years now and they're still my first port of call for kitchen bits. This time I ordered a new set of measuring spoons and they arrived a day later than I'd hoped, which was a small annoyance. The price is a touch higher than some places, but the quality makes up for it.

ok so the thing that got me was how quick it all was, ordered a lamp at lunch and it was on my doorstep the next morning. checkout was super easy on the app, saved my card and everything. only thing is I had to chase a confirmation email but it turned up in the end. would definitely order again, lamp looks great on my desk.

Compared with the big chain I usually use for printer ink, this is far simpler to deal with and the prices are about the same. The cartridges arrive quickly and the reminder emails are not annoying. I have been a customer for about six years now and it has never let me down.

I went to two other places before settling on these oak picture frames and this one was about a little more than the cheapest option. They are a good thickness and the finish is more even than the cheaper frames I had first looked at. Worth it for a gallery wall I think, though not for something I need in a hurry.

I needed some new storage boxes for the loft and wanted something sturdy without paying a fortune. These fit the shelving unit perfectly and the lids snap shut properly. Dead cheap for a pack of six and they have not split at all yet. Delivery came in a couple of days.

I ordered a set of linen cushion covers in a soft oatmeal shade for the sofa and they arrived well packed and exactly as shown on the site. The zips are sturdy and the stitching is neat, which I did not expect at this price. I have since bought a throw from them as well and I am very pleased with both purchases, and I would happily order from them again.

I needed a proper standing desk converter because my back was getting sore from working at the kitchen table. I looked at three or four options first and this one had the best reviews for stability. It moves up and down smoothly and holds my two monitors without wobbling. Very happy with it.

I needed a replacement set of kitchen scales after my old ones gave up after many years of use. I have bought from this shop for a long time so I knew what to expect from the packaging and the quality. These scales are accurate, easy to read and the bowl is a good size. The order arrived promptly and everything was in order. I do keep coming back to them.

Honestly the best bit was that the app remembered my address so I didn't have to type it in again. Ordered a phone charger on the way to work and it came the next afternoon, no fuss. Price was fair too. Only thing is the box was a bit bigger than it needed to be, but it arrived in one piece so no real complaint.

Looked at a few sites before picking this one for a new bike lock and the price here was the lowest. The lock is sturdy with a good key system, and the instructions were clear enough. Shipping was quick. Not much else to say.

I bought a pair of cotton pillowcases to try them out and the price was lower than the department store. The fabric is quite thin though, more so than I expected from the description, and they have started to pill a little after a few washes. They do the job and were delivered on time. For the money I suppose it's fair enough, but I wouldn't pay more.

My first order was a set of bamboo bathroom accessories, a soap dish and a toothbrush holder. The bamboo is smooth and looks nicer in real life than in the photos, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was quick and the box was tidy with no damage. The checkout asked me to make an account which was a bit annoying, but it took a minute. I would order from them again for sure.

Ordered a pair of wool slippers and they arrived in a few days, which was good. They are warm and the sole has decent grip. The one thing I would change is the sizing, they run a little small so I had to order a size up. Otherwise a fair price for a decent pair.

I bought a wooden serving tray for my sister's housewarming because I'd never ordered from them before and wanted to see how it went. The checkout was simple, I got a confirmation straight away and the tray turned up in good time. It's sturdier than I expected for the money, and the wood has a nice grain to it, so I'm pleased with it.

Honestly this is a solid place for hardwood chopping boards and I have been buying from them for years. The walnut board I got this time is well finished, the oil they include is decent, and the edges are smooth with no splinters. The main catch is that the price is a bit above what I see elsewhere for similar boards, so I only order when I need something specific. Delivery was fine and arrived in two days.

Bought a candle set for my mum's birthday and it went down well. Good price for what you get. Took a bit longer to arrive than the site said, about four days not three, but it was fine in the end. Would get it again.

What struck me first was how strongly the lavender scent carries through the room from the reed diffuser I ordered. It has lasted a good few months and the sticks are still giving off plenty of fragrance. The bottle was wrapped carefully and nothing was broken when it came. I shall certainly be ordering the refill when the time comes.
