The first thing I noticed was the subscription option for the flea treatment, it's a few quid less than buying one off at a time and they remind you before the next box is due. I've used the same product from the vet for years so I know what I'm comparing against. Ordering took a couple of minutes and the box came on time.

Bought a dog bed that the photos made look much thicker than the one that arrived. It's fine but the filling has already started to flatten after a few weeks. Returning it took a while because the form on the site kept timing out and I had to ring them. Price was on the high side for what it is.
