Compared to the big high street chain I used to order from, this is a lot easier to navigate and the sizing guide actually matches what turns up. I've been ordering from them for about six years now and the returns process has always been straightforward. Delivery is usually within three or four working days which is fine for me. Only reason it's not five is they've put a few things up in price this year.

The fit on the jeans is what got me, they actually sit where they should. Ordered two pairs and both are good. Easy checkout and I got a confirmation straight away.
