Penny + Grace

Needed a birthday present for my brother the day before his party. Found what I wanted, paid, and it came the next morning. Quick and no fuss, exactly what I needed.

Way cheaper than the high street for the same brand of kitchen roll and washing tabs. I used to pop into the supermarket for these but the difference adds up over a year. Delivery came on the day they said.

Bought the wireless earbuds in the sale and they arrived in good time. They look a bit different from the photos, more matt grey than shiny, but they work well and the sound is decent for the price. Returns would be a faff I think, so I'm keeping them.

I was surprised the account set-up was so quick, I had it all done in a few minutes on the laptop. The cardigan I ordered for my sister's birthday turned up sooner than the site said it would, which was nice. They did take a couple of days to reply when I emailed about the colour, and I'd have liked a phone number, but the answer was sensible and they sorted it out in the end.

Good value and the best I have found for this sort of thing. I compared three other sites before booking and this one came out cheapest once the delivery was added on. Signing up took a couple of minutes and the confirmation came straight away. Service was friendly when I rang with a question.

Needed a replacement charger fast because mine died the night before a trip. Ordered on the app at about 10pm and it was supposed to come next day. It turned up two days later, which was annoying, and the tracking didn't update for ages. Product was fine though.

The site is clear and the prices are fair, which is the first thing I noticed. I bought a set of storage boxes for the loft and they arrived well packed. I shall certainly order from them again.

Compared with the other sites I use for camera accessories, this one was about ten percent cheaper on the same lens filter. Checkout was smooth and the filter came quickly. I know this kind of kit well and it is exactly what I expected.

I have been buying my vitamins from here for years now and the reorder button makes it simple. This time I got the same tub as always and it arrived right on schedule. The price has crept up a little but it still beats the chemist.

Needed the cash fast for a car repair so I applied on my phone late one night. Got approved the next morning and the money hit my account by lunchtime. Repayments come out on time, no complaints so far.

My old blender packed up and I needed something that would last. I looked at a few options before settling on this place because the reviews and price looked right. The blender itself is solid, quiet enough and easy to clean. Delivery took a few days longer than the estimate but it arrived in one piece and the service desk answered my question about the warranty quickly.

Compared to my usual shop this is much easier for ordering the printer ink I go through. The subscription was cheaper than buying it in town and the reminders are helpful. Delivery has been reliable every time.

This was the best of the three places I looked at for a new pair of trainers. The sizing chart was clear and the price was right. Delivery was quick and the box was fine. I've ordered again since.

Bought the oversized hoodie in sage green. Fits really well and the material is soft. Arrived in a day or two. Only thing is the sleeves are a bit long but that's my fault for not checking the size chart properly.

Ordered on Sunday night and it was at my door by Tuesday lunchtime which was faster than I thought. Checkout was easy on my phone, just tap and go. The shirt fits fine. Would order again, the app is handy for tracking.

Compared with the big chain I usually use for garden tools, this came out cheaper and the spec was the same. Checkout was quick and the order arrived within the week. Happy with it.

This is the best place I have found for garden supplies. The compost arrived in good order and the price was fair. I have used them for three seasons now and they have never let me down.

Dress arrived the next day which I didn't expect. Colour is exactly like the pics. Checkout was easy on my phone, didn't have to make an account. Bit of a wait for the refund on a return last time but otherwise fine.

I wanted a replacement cable for the old laptop and this was the one that matched. Ordered it and it turned up as promised. I've been a customer a while and it has always been reliable for this sort of thing.
