Honestly the best bit was the app, found the drill bits in about two taps and the basket saved so I could finish it on the bus. Order came the next day. Price was fine too, nothing hidden at checkout.

I did wonder whether the online order would live up to the pictures, but I am pleased to say it did. The towels are thick and soft and the colour matches the photograph. The delivery was prompt and the parcel was well packed, which I always notice. I have already recommended the site to my daughter.

Got a kettle from here a few weeks back and it's done everything I need it to. The price was a fair bit under what the high street was asking. Delivery took a couple of days and came in a box that had been well packed, no complaints there. The only thing is the checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit annoying.

I needed a replacement reading lamp as the old one had finally given up after many years. Ordering was perfectly civil and the price was fair, though I did have to chase a query about the postage which took a couple of days to answer. The lamp arrived in good order and works well enough.

Ordered a pair of walking boots and the sizing chart on the site is a bit vague about width, so I went up half a size to be safe. They fit well now and the leather is good for the price. Delivery came in three working days which was fine. The returns page is buried in the footer though and took me a few minutes to find, which is a small niggle.

Honestly the item was not quite as the photos showed, the colour is a lot duller in person and the stitching looks rough at the seams. I know this sort of product well and expected better for the money. Delivery was quick enough but I've had to start the return process which has been a faff.

Bought a phone case from here and it's a decent fit. The case is slim and the price was much lower than the shop I usually use. Arrived in a padded envelope, nothing got damaged.

Really good value, I'd say the best I've found for the money this year. Prices were lower than the big names on the same items and delivery was quick enough. Bit of a no brainer for regular stuff.

Went with this over the other place I usually use but it was slower, the other site had mine next day. Checkout was fine but the parcel took nearly a week. Not the end of the world but I'd rather use the faster one next time.

Way cheaper than the other site I was looking at, didn't even have to think about it. Ordered on my phone in bed and it came the next day. Works for me.

This is good stuff for the price, I'd say it's cheaper than most places I've looked at for the same brand of trainers. Ordering was straightforward once I found my size. Delivery took four days which was fine. Only thing I'd flag is the returns page is a bit hard to find.

Compared to the big supermarket site I usually use, this felt a lot more pleasant to browse and the checkout was quicker. It was my first order here so I wasn't sure what to expect. The prices looked fair and everything arrived in one go, which I didn't expect from a site I'd never heard of before.

Needed a new charger because mine died on the way to work. Ordered on my phone during a break and it was here before the weekend. Price was decent. Sorted.

Compared with the other online shops I use for craft supplies, the range is similar but the prices here are a bit lower on the bigger packs. I know the materials well and the paper weights are what they say. Delivery was slower than I'd like though, about a week.

Needed a present for my nephew's birthday and was running out of time. Found something on here, ordered on my lunch break and it turned up the next day. Price was good and it was exactly what he wanted. Would order again.

I needed new bath mats for the spare room and have been using this site for years now. Ordered them as usual and they came within the week. Still good value.

Bought a set of spanners from here after trying a few other places first. The set I got is solid and the price was a good bit lower than the rest. Took about three days to arrive and everything was there.

Bought a big pack of cable ties and a set of masonry drill bits. Price per piece was lower than my usual builders merchant and the bits have held up on a few jobs now. Ordered on Monday, arrived Thursday. Nothing to complain about, just a sensible buy.

This is the best of the three sites I looked at for the same kit. Checked two others first and this one was cheapest once delivery was included. Ordering was simple and the order tracking worked. Haven't had any problems so far.
