Pawdaw of London

Honestly the best thing about Pawdaw is that the saved addresses work every time and I have never once had to re-enter the card details. I have been ordering for my mum and nan for about three years now, mostly the litter, the dental chews and the little bags of treats. Order usually turns up within two working days and the driver has always left it with the neighbour when nobody answers, which is what I want.

This is my first time ordering from them. Compared with picking up prescription food from the vets, it was much easier to do from the sofa and the price was a bit lower too. The box arrived sealed and the food was fresh, with the date clearly printed. Delivery was on time. I will probably keep using them.

We needed a harness for our rescue greyhound, who slips out of anything with a loose fit. The sizing guide helped a lot, though the chest strap took me a few tries to get right. The price was reasonable compared with the specialist shops. Delivery came in two days. Happy enough with it.

I bought the flea collar for our older spaniel after a recommendation from the vet nurse. It arrived well packed and the instructions were clear enough for a man of my age. Price was fair for what it is. Pleasing service throughout.

Works out cheaper per kilo than the smaller bags, which is what matters to me. Ordering was quick and I got the delivery reminder without having to chase anything. Good value.

I purchased the padded lead for my elderly Labrador, who pulls on the walk, and the handle is comfortable on the hand. The lead arrived with the clip well made and no fuss at the door. I found the checkout simple enough and the price was fair. Service was courteous when I rang with a question about the size. I am content with the purchase.

Checked two other sites and a local shop before picking this one. The shop was dearer and the other site wanted an account before I could even see the basket. This one let me check out as a guest and the lead I bought has held up well. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Sorted.

Needed a bed for my lad after he kept hopping onto the sofa. Ordered on the app and it said three to five days so I did not expect it fast. It arrived in four and the bed is decent, though the cover took a while to get back on. Still a good buy tbh.

We got a new puppy last month and I had no idea what to feed her or what bits we actually needed, so I started searching at midnight. Found Pawdaw and the site made it easy to pick a starter bundle without having to read through everything. Order came quickly and the bag and bowls were exactly what I hoped for. Happy so far.

Honestly these are good, my cat is weirdly into the treats which never happens. Checkout was quick and I got a little discount for signing up. Would order again tbh.

Got the collapsible cat tunnel for my flat because my cat literally lives in the wardrobe. It was easy to order and the delivery was quick. It's been a proper hit, she goes in and out all day. No complaints.

The mat is the best bit, it stops the bowls sliding all over the kitchen floor when the dog gets excited. Order was quick and it arrived the next day. Sorted.

Compared to the other flea treatment I had been using, this one feels more effective and the pricing is about the same. Used it on the two dogs and the cat without any trouble. The order process is straightforward and nothing got lost in transit. Pretty solid.

Needed a lead quick because my mate's dog ate the old one. Got it ordered in the evening and it was here the day after. Decent stuff, nothing flashy, and the dog hasn't chewed it yet. Good.

Compared with the grooming table I had from the pet shop, this one is far sturdier and folds away properly. I have owned dogs all my life so I know my kit. The site showed the weight limit clearly, which is more than I can say for most. Arrived in two days and the table was ready to assemble. Very pleased.

Compared to the pet aisle at the big supermarket this is miles better for the dog food. The ordering took about two minutes on my phone and the subscription reminder actually works. Parcel turned up the next day. Done.

Pretty good actually, the toy is sturdy and my dog has not managed to rip the squeaker out yet. The page on the site could be a bit clearer about the age range though, I had to check a few places. Delivery came quick. Yeah, happy.

I bought the slicker brush for my Yorkie about four years ago and I am on my third now. It still works just as it did at the start. Delivery has always been reliable and they remember my preferences. Good value, I think.
