Pavers

I bought the cast iron casserole dish from here after comparing it with two others on the high street and an online homeware shop. The enamel is a bit thinner than the one I had in mind but it is still well made and heats evenly. The price was lower than the other two, and they had it in stock, which mattered. Lid fits snugly. Only small issue is the packaging was a bit bulky for the bin.

Compared to ordering from the big supermarket, this was way cheaper for the same sort of thing. Took a few days to arrive and I had to chase one email about the tracking, but the item was fine. Would order again, just wish the delivery updates were a bit clearer.

I bought a pair of sheepskin slippers for my husband's birthday. They arrived well packed and the size was spot on, which I was worried about since he's awkward to buy for. The price was reasonable and he has worn them every evening since, so I'm pleased with the purchase.

Our old shower head had given up and I needed a replacement before the weekend. I found a chrome one on the site, ordered it on the Thursday and it was here by Saturday morning. Fitted without any trouble and the price was very reasonable for a decent finish, so I'm content with it.

Bought a pair of straighteners from here after my old ones packed in. Ordered Sunday night and they came Tuesday, which was quick. Good price and they work well, no complaints.

My old kettle had started leaking, so I needed a replacement for the kitchen. I chose a cordless one from the site and placed the order on a Monday. The kettle arrived the following Thursday, a little later than I'd hoped, but it works beautifully and the price was reasonable.

The first thing I checked was the tolerance listed on the spec sheet for the pack of drill bits, and it matched what I measured when they arrived. I've been buying tooling for years and most sites are vague about this. Packed well, sharp out of the box, and the cutting edges are exactly as described. Not much more to ask from a site like this.

The first thing I noticed was the full spec sheet on each product page, with the dimensions and materials listed properly. I bought a small bench-mounted drill press and it matched the listing exactly. Delivery was quick and the item was well protected, and the price was fair for the build. Solid experience all round.

Good value, the price is lower than most places I checked for the same garden hose reel and fittings. The only niggle was the delivery took four days when the site said two, but the item arrived in one piece and the price made up for the wait. Would order again for sure, saves a bit each month.

We had guests coming and the spare room bedding had gone thin, so I needed something quickly. Found a duvet set on the site, ordered it on the Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday. Good price for the quality and the checkout was simple.

Ordered a shower caddy and it was sorted in a couple of days. Honestly good value for what you get, the fittings were sturdy and the price was low. Would buy from here again for bathroom stuff, the checkout took about a minute on my phone.

Wanted a replacement pack of garden twine and the first attempt said sold out, so I set a reminder. It came back in stock about ten days later and I ordered that morning. Arrived the next day, neat and well packed, and the length was right. Cheap for what it is and easy enough to find my way round the site.

Ordered a set of stainless steel saucepans and they're better than I expected for the money. The price was lower than the shops in town and the order came quickly with everything intact. I'd buy from them again for household bits.

Compared to the big chain I usually use, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same kind of paint brushes and dust sheets. The order arrived in two days, which was good. My only gripe is the returns form is a bit awkward to find, but I've not needed it, so it's a small thing.

Got a pair of running trainers from here after my old ones fell apart, so I ordered them on my lunch break. They came in two days, the size was right and the price was lower than the big sports shops. Packaging was fine, nothing damaged.

Compared to the big marketplace sites, this one was cheaper for the same phone charger. Took a while to arrive, about five days, and the tracking didn't update until the last day. The charger works fine though, so it's not a big deal, but I'd check the delivery times before ordering next time.

I needed a replacement phone case as my old one cracked on the train, and I'd never bought from this site before. Checkout asked for the usual details and I got a confirmation email straight away. The case arrived two days later, fits perfectly, and the price was lower than the big brands I'd been looking at. Happy with it and I'll probably order again.

Compared with the coat rack I saw on another site, this one looked sturdier in the photos. When it arrived the finish was a bit more matt than I expected and one of the screws was missing from the pack. The price was fair and the delivery was quick, but I did have to email to get the screw sent out.

I'd say the site is simple to use and the order went through without any problems. The garden lights I bought were reasonably priced and worked straight out of the box. Delivery was prompt and the package arrived in good order, so I have no complaints at all.

What stands out to me after years of ordering from here is that the hinge set I buy every spring still has the same part number on the box and the same finish. I have reordered it maybe six times now and the quality has not dropped. Delivery has always been on time, and the price has crept up only slightly. Easy to reorder from my account, which saves me looking it up each time.
