Paper Cosmetics

Honestly my first order here went better than I expected. I used the site to get a travel set for a long weekend and it arrived quickly, all sorted and easy to find what I wanted. The checkout asked for less than most places do and I didn't have to make an account to pay. Would order again.

Needed a birthday present for my sister and was panicking because it was two days away, so I just went on the app. Found something she'd like, ordered it in about five minutes and it came the next day. She loved it and said it was just what she wanted. Quick, easy and it worked out.

I needed a replacement for something that had packed up and didn't want to spend a fortune. Found what I wanted at a sensible price, with no delivery charge once I'd spent over the threshold. Arrived in good order and works just as it should.

Bought the travel set for a weekend away and it's just what I needed, everything fits in one small bag. The only thing is the delivery took four days when it said two, but it did arrive. Would still order again.

I've bought this sort of kit from a few sites over the years and this one has the better range and the clearest spec sheets. The filters are listed by the rating I actually need, which saves a lot of guesswork. Stock was there, the order shipped the same day and the delivery was tracked through to the door. Good spot for the regular stuff.

The price on the cleaning set was a bit lower than what I'd seen at the big high street chains, which is why I went with them in the first place. Ordering was easy enough and the site shows the total with delivery before you pay, which I appreciated. My only real gripe is delivery, it came three working days after the email said it would, but the item itself was fine and the price made up for it.

I needed a spare part for an old machine that the big shops had stopped stocking, so I went looking online. Found the right one with the model compatibility listed clearly, which is rarer than you'd think. It came packed properly and fitted first time. The price was reasonable and the stock levels were accurate. Saved me a trip into town.

I was comparing this with a well known brand that's quite a lot dearer, and the same thing came out about a fifth cheaper here. Ordering was simple, the saved address made it quick. Delivery was on time and nothing was damaged. Good value, the sort of thing I'll buy again.

I'd looked at three other places before settling on this one, and it came out ahead on price and on how easy it was to order. The site let me compare sizes side by side, which the others didn't. Delivery was prompt and the item was exactly what I'd hoped for. Happy with the choice.

The first thing I noticed was the order tracking, it showed the parcel as dispatched for two days before anything moved. Got there in the end and the item was fine, but the email about a delay came after the date had already passed. Not a disaster but I did have to message them to find out what was going on. Reply came the next afternoon, which was ok.

Way easier to use than the big supermarket site, the search actually finds what I want first time. Ordered on my phone in the queue for the bus, checkout was quick and nothing timed out. Brilliant, will use again.

I purchased the kettle from the site a few weeks ago, and I can confirm it has been a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The order confirmation came through promptly and the delivery window was kept to. The kettle itself is well made, and the instructions were clear. I'd be happy to order from them again.

Ordered from them for about six years now and the stock levels have always been dependable, even when everyone else seems to be sold out. Easy login, saved addresses, and the reorder button on my usual is where I expect it to be every time.

I ordered a replacement cap for my old electric kettle, which I had not been able to find in the local shops for some time. The website was clear and the item was exactly as described. I found the whole process very straightforward and I am pleased with my purchase.

Got the trainers in the size I wanted from the app and they fit spot on, the size guide was actually accurate. Ordered on the bus home and it came two days later. Happy with the whole thing, the app is easy and the returns page is clear if you ever need it.

Compared with the other app I use, this is so much quicker to check out, I didn't have to keep re-entering my card. Got a hoodie and some face stuff, arrived in two days. Just what I wanted.

Compared with the other site I usually use, this one is quicker to find things and the order history is much clearer. The other place sends me a confirmation email with no tracking link, whereas here I could follow the parcel the whole way. Only niggle is that the filters are a bit fiddly on a small screen, so I had to zoom in a few times. Otherwise sorted.

First time ordering and it was pretty easy, the checkout was clear and the delivery options were laid out properly. The item was what I expected from the photos, no real surprises. Got a shipping email the same day and it turned up on the day it said. Price was a touch higher than I'd found somewhere else, but not so much I minded, and the delivery was spot on.

I needed a refill for my usual because I'd run out before the weekend and the shops were shut. Ordered on the Friday night and it was on the doorstep Saturday morning, which I didn't expect. Everything I wanted was in stock and the price hasn't gone up. Very handy.
