I needed a proper winter coat after my old one fell apart in the spring and I've been coming back to this site ever since. I've bought from them about a dozen times now, mostly for work and the odd bit of gym kit. The sizing has been spot on every time and the returns are simple enough when something doesn't fit. Only ordered from anywhere else once and I was not happy with it, so I'm sticking…
Read moreSent a message asking about a size and didn't hear anything back for four days. The jacket arrived fine but the wait was annoying. Not the end of the world but I'd expect better.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how well the waistband is finished, which I didn't expect at this price. I'd been looking at smart trousers for a while before settling on these, and they've been excellent for church and the odd dinner out. The site was easy to navigate and the sizing chart was clear enough that I didn't need to ring anyone. Delivery was prompt. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Read moreOrdered these on my phone in a hurry and they're cheaper than the usual brand I buy, with similar quality. The sizing ran a touch small so I had to exchange, which took a few days to sort. Otherwise fine.
I bought the printed silk scarf in the spring and I have to say it's lovely. The print is bright without being garish and the edges are neatly finished. The only small thing is the delivery took a couple of extra days, but it arrived in good condition and I don't mind that much.
The jumper is really soft and the colour looks just like the pictures, which was a relief. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said, like five days instead of three, but nothing awful. Checkout was dead easy though. Would probably order again.
I'd been looking at the same style of trainers in a couple of high street shops and this was a fair bit cheaper for what looked like the same thing. The leather feels a little thinner than I expected, but for the price it's a decent pair. Delivery took three days, which was fine. I'd still probably pick them again if they came up in the sale.
