I needed a proper winter coat after my old one fell apart in the spring and I've been coming back to this site ever since. I've bought from them about a dozen times now, mostly for work and the odd bit of gym kit. The sizing has been spot on every time and the returns are simple enough when something doesn't fit. Only ordered from anywhere else once and I was not happy with it, so I'm sticking…
Read moreSent a message asking about a size and didn't hear anything back for four days. The jacket arrived fine but the wait was annoying. Not the end of the world but I'd expect better.

I'd been looking at smart trousers for a while before settling on these, and they've been excellent for church and the odd dinner out. The site was easy to navigate and the sizing chart was clear enough that I didn't need to ring anyone. Delivery was prompt. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The zip on mine stuck a little at first, so I had to be careful. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Fine for the summer but I'm not sure I'd reorder the same style.
This is a fair enough jumper for the money. The wool is a bit scratchy until you've worn it a few times, and it pilled slightly after a couple of washes. I've had worse for the price. I'd be cautious about buying it again.
Compared to the other site I usually use these were a fair bit more expensive for a similar hoodie. The fabric is nicer though. Sent it back to check the fit but the returns form was fiddly and took a while to sort out.
Needed a dress for a wedding last minute so ordered in a rush. Took longer than the site said to arrive and I had to chase it. The dress itself is okay, the fabric is a bit thin.
