reliable for the weekly shop
I've been ordering the same fridge staples from them for about six years now and the bananas and milk have always turned up fine. This time the bread was a bit squashed and one of the eggs had cracked, which was annoying, though they refunded it straight away when I messaged. Prices do seem a touch higher than the big supermarkets but I keep coming back for the convenience.

Nicer than the high street
I'd only ever bought from the big high street chains before, and this was a step up in how the jumper felt straight out of the box. The knit is thicker than the shop version I had last winter and it hasn't pilled at all after a few washes. Checkout was quick, I got a confirmation email within a minute, and the parcel arrived a day early. I'm already eyeing up the coat.

The rubber feet stood out
The first thing I noticed was the rubber feet on the stand, they stop it sliding about on the desk. Ordering was pretty straightforward and the stand arrived in a couple of days. It's not perfect, the instructions were a bit vague, but it works fine for my setup.
a practical choice for the garden
I needed a replacement set of garden hose connectors because the old ones had split, and I did not want to pay the price the local garden centre was asking. Their range was reasonable and the fittings are well made. The delivery took a little longer than I was told, and the item was packed a touch loosely, but everything arrived intact and was easy to fit.
Good value but slow to arrive
I needed a new laptop sleeve for the commute and I wanted something cheap that would last. This one does the job and was about a third less than the same thing in the shops. The downside is it took nearly a week to turn up, and I had to chase the tracking twice, but the sleeve itself is well padded.
needed a cheap replacement fast
My old kettle packed in on a Sunday so I needed something quick and not too dear. I found a decent one on here for less than I expected and it arrived the next working day. The only niggle was the box was a bit battered, but the kettle itself was fine.
Stitching came loose
Bought a hoodie from them and the colour is exactly what I wanted. Only thing is one of the seams started coming apart after a couple of wears, which is a bit gutting for the price. Still happy enough to wear it around the house.
