I've been ordering the same fridge staples from them for about six years now and the bananas and milk have always turned up fine. This time the bread was a bit squashed and one of the eggs had cracked, which was annoying, though they refunded it straight away when I messaged. Prices do seem a touch higher than the big supermarkets but I keep coming back for the convenience.

Nicer than the high street
I'd only ever bought from the big high street chains before, and this was a step up in how the jumper felt straight out of the box. The knit is thicker than the shop version I had last winter and it hasn't pilled at all after a few washes. Checkout was quick, I got a confirmation email within a minute, and the parcel arrived a day early. I'm already eyeing up the coat.

not as good as the shop version
Compared with the same dress in a shop, the fabric here feels thinner and the lining is a bit scratchy. I had hoped for something closer to the photos and the colour looked a shade darker in real life. The order itself was easy to place and the parcel came quickly, but I had to send it back as the fit around the bust was off.
