Outdoor Look

Bought a set of folding walking poles for a trip to the Lake District. Arrived well packed and they were exactly as shown on the site. Really happy with them so far, will update if anything goes wrong on the trails.

I needed a replacement walking pole after one snapped on a wet hill, so I went back to this site as I'd used them before. The pole itself is good and it fits the clip on my old set. Delivery was a bit slow, nearly a week, and the tracking didn't update for a couple of days. Got there in the end and the service was fine when I rang.

Needed a camping stove for a trip to Snowdonia and didn't want to spend a fortune on something I'll use twice a year. Ordered this one and it arrived in a few days. Price was lower than the other places I checked and it lights first time. The only thing is the carry case is a bit flimsy, but for the money it's fine.

Went with the Gore-Tex shell in my usual size and the chest and sleeves are exactly as the chart said. Zips run smooth and the hood adjusts properly. Only thing is the cuffs are a touch snug over gloves.

Ordered a head torch and some gloves on my lunch break and was done in about two minutes, checkout is dead simple. Got a text saying it was dispatched that afternoon and it was on the doorstep the next morning. Price was good too, cheaper than the other places I looked. Happy with it.

My old trainers were falling apart so I needed something grippy for the gym and running. Found these on the site and ordered at lunch. Got them the next day, they fit well and the grip is great on the treadmill. Easy to order, easy to get, would order again.

Bought my first proper sleeping mat and I'm very happy with it. Checkout was quick and the delivery came sooner than I expected. Packed up small enough to fit in my rucksack. Good first experience.

Compared with buying a similar fleece locally, this one is a fair bit more expensive, though the fabric feels nicer. I've ordered from here a few times over the years so I knew what to expect. Delivery was quick enough. Less of a bargain than I'd hoped.

I've been ordering from here for about eight years now and compared with the other sites I've tried, the range and the sizing are still the best. Order process hasn't changed much and the stock is usually there. Got a warm hat and gloves set recently and they arrived in good time. Always reliable.

Went with these over two other sites because the price was a fair bit lower for the same make and I couldn't see much difference in the spec. The checkout was quick and I had a confirmation straight away. Delivery took three days which was fine. Only niggle is the size guide could be clearer, I ended up going half a size up just to be safe.

Good fleece, nice and warm for the cooler mornings on the allotment and the hiking. Compared with a couple of other brands I looked at, this one is a bit cheaper and seems just as well made. Delivery was fine and the order was easy to track. Only small thing is the sleeves are a touch long on me.

Bought a two man tent for weekend camping and the price was the main reason. It went up fine in the garden and the poles feel sturdy enough. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Did what I needed for a fraction of what I'd have paid elsewhere.

Been buying waterproof trousers from here for years and this latest pair is the same good quality as before. Fit is spot on and they handled a proper soaking on the moors last month. Ordered on a Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday, which is quick enough for me. Nothing to fault really, they just keep working.

Got this backpack for a festival and it's exactly what I wanted. Ordered Friday and it was here Monday. Lots of pockets and it sits nicely on the back. Good stuff.

I've been buying my hiking socks and base layers from here since about 2016 and I've never once been let down. Last month I needed a replacement pair of merino socks before a long weekend in the Peaks and they arrived the next day, same as always. Customer service answered a question I had about returns within a few hours too. Hard to beat, I'll keep coming back.

Compared with the usual big chain stores, the stitching on these trousers feels a lot more solid and the fabric has a bit more stretch. Pricing is about the same as the chains once you account for offers. Ordering was simple and the parcel came in two days. Good kit for the money.

Got caught in a downpour on my way to uni and realised my old jacket had given up. Ordered one of these on a Monday night and it turned up Wednesday. Fits well, feels proper waterproof so far, and the hood actually stays put which is more than I can say for my last one. Happy days.

Compared with the shop I used to buy from, this site has a much better spread of walking gear and the prices are more sensible. I ordered a waterproof map case and it was dispatched promptly and well wrapped. The website is easy enough to navigate, even for someone who isn't the most technical. Happy to continue ordering here.

Looked at four different outdoor shops before settling on these. This one had the widest range of the sizes I needed and the description actually matched what arrived. Quick, easy checkout and the parcel turned up a day earlier than promised. Very happy with the purchase.
