Outdoor Canvas

I ordered a pair of leather walking boots from the site a few weeks ago. The selection was good and the boots themselves are comfortable after a short break in period. Delivery was rather slower than I would have liked, and the tracking page was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I have no complaints about the purchase.

I purchased a pair of waterproof walking trousers from them in the spring. The order itself was simple enough to place and the price was reasonable. Delivery was slower than I was led to expect, taking the best part of two weeks, and I did have to chase the company by email before they replied. The trousers are good, though.

Compared with the big outdoor chains they were a good bit cheaper for the same tent pegs and footprint, so that's why I went with them. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and it arrived by Friday, no fuss. For the money it's hard to beat and the stuff is decent enough for weekend camping.

I needed a lightweight rucksack for a couple of day walks in the Peak District because my old one was far too heavy for the hills. I had a look at a few places and this was the one that had the right capacity and a decent back panel. Ordered on a Tuesday and it turned up Thursday. Happy with it so far, will update if the straps give me any bother.

Best budget option I could find for a three season sleeping bag, and I've been camping for about ten years so I know what I'm looking at. The temperature rating is stated clearly on the product page, which I appreciated. Packed small and well. Good value.

The checkout was quick and didn't ask me to make an account first, which I liked. Got a tent footprint and it came in a couple of days. Nice one.

I needed a replacement gas stove after mine cracked on a cold morning at the campsite in Wales. I know the kit well from years of wild camping, so I was looking for a compact one with a proper windshield. This one is well made, the burner lights first time, and the price was sensible for what it is.

I bought a replacement blade for my touring kayak paddle and it's the same length and feathering as the original. I've paddled for years so I know what I want from a blade. It arrived fine but took a few days longer than the site said. Happy with the fit.

I needed a new paddle for my kayak after the old one snapped on the River Wye. I have been a regular customer for years and they have always been reliable. This paddle is light, well balanced and the price was fair. Delivery was prompt, as it has been every time.

Honestly the same rucksack was way cheaper here than on the big sites. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account, which I liked. Arrived fast too, so yeah, will buy again.

The sizing guide on the site was the thing that made me feel confident ordering, because it actually matched what turned up. I'd never bought camping gear online before so I was nervous about it. Parcel came in two days, everything was in the right order, and there was a handwritten note in the box which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Compared to the big chains they were far cheaper for the same cooking set, so I went with them. The price difference was enough to make me stop looking. Ordered on a Sunday, it turned up Tuesday, and the pots are good quality. Happy with it.

Honestly it's a decent buy for a day hiking jacket and the price was fair. The colour was a bit different from the photos though, more of a faded green than the bright one I'd picked, which was a shame. The jacket is still warm and the zips work well. I'd probably order from them again but I'd check the reviews on the item first.

Honestly the best of the lot I looked at, and I looked at about four other sites for a new wind break and a couple of camping chairs. Prices were fair, the checkout was quick and the chairs turned up well packed. Really pleased with how it all went, and I'd order from them again without thinking twice about it.

The walking boots were the first thing I noticed when they arrived, because the box was packed really well with tissue and no rattling. I'd never ordered from this site before so I was a bit wary. They fit fine and the leather feels solid. Trying to find the returns form on the site took a bit of hunting though, and I had to email them to confirm the address. Not a big deal but worth knowing.

Best value of the sites I checked for a set of trekking poles, and I checked a good few before deciding. The poles are sturdy and the locks hold firm on steep ground. Ordering was simple and everything arrived well packed. Pleased with the purchase.

I needed decent boots for a walking holiday in Scotland and my old pair had worn through the sole. I'd not bought from them before so I was a bit cautious about the sizing. The boots came in a size that suited me fine, though the box arrived with a dented corner. Otherwise the delivery was smooth and the price was good.
