Online Carpets

Compared to the big chain I used to go to, these are far less hassle and the carpet is a fair bit cheaper for the same pile. I've been buying from them for about six years now for rentals. Ordering is quick, and the delivery lads always ring before they turn up. Happy with it.

Sound carpet at a fair price for what I needed, a hard wearing loop pile for the stairs and landing. I know carpets well from years of fitting them, and the density and backing are what I'd expect at this level. Delivery was quick and the rolls were in good condition. Easy to order and the sizes were clearly listed. I'd use them again.

Needed a rug for my flat because the landlord finally let me have something other than bare boards. Got a nice grey one, looks decent, and it came in a couple of days. Checkout was easy and the price was fine for a student budget. Cheers, will use again.

Compared to the other sites I looked at, this was cheaper for the same pile height and the samples helped me pick the right shade. Ordered a runner for the landing. It arrived quickly and the rolled carpet had no damage. Would go back.

The colour looked spot on on the site and it's the same in real life, which is rare for me. Got a sort of dusky pink for my bedroom. Arrived fast and the box was not too heavy to carry up. Fair price, nothing to moan about.

The free sample swatch was the thing I noticed first, it came in about three days and I could see the shade properly in my kitchen light. I'd never ordered carpet online before so I was nervous. Checkout was simple and they sent a dispatch email with a tracking link. Carpet arrived rolled and wrapped nicely, no damage.

Needed a rug quickly because my mate was coming round for the match. Found one that worked and ordered it on my phone during lunch. It turned up quicker than I thought and it looks good on the floor. Sorted.

I bought the wool one for the lounge and it's a lovely bit of kit, the feel of it underfoot is really solid. Measured up carefully with a tape before ordering and they had the right size in stock. It was fitted by a local firm I booked separately, who said the backing was easy to work with. No complaints from me at all.

I bought a runner for the hall, which was the first thing I'd ever ordered from them. It's a good, thick twist pile and it's already looking better than the old one. The measuring guide on the site was clear enough that I got the length right first time. Delivery came rolled up in a tube, and the carpet had no smell at all, which surprised me a bit. Definitely going back for the stairs.

Compared three different sites before picking these, and they came out cheapest for the quality I wanted. Ordered a plush cream for the lounge. Samples were sent quickly and the carpet arrived in good order. Good price and a decent spread of choice.

Honestly the easiest carpet order I've done. Found what I wanted on my phone, checked out in a couple of minutes and it turned up when they said it would. The carpet is soft and the colour matches the photos.
