Compared to the big chain I used to go to, these are far less hassle and the carpet is a fair bit cheaper for the same pile. I've been buying from them for about six years now for rentals. Ordering is quick, and the delivery lads always ring before they turn up. Happy with it.
Read moreI needed a new carpet for the front room after the old one got damaged in a leak, so I went looking online. The carpet itself is fine, the colour is what I chose and the price was reasonable. The delivery was slower than I was told, though, and it took two phone calls to get a date confirmed. Once it came the fitter was polite. I'd order again but would ask about the date upfront.
Read moreI bought a runner for the hall, which was the first thing I'd ever ordered from them. It's a good, thick twist pile and it's already looking better than the old one. The measuring guide on the site was clear enough that I got the length right first time. Delivery came rolled up in a tube, and the carpet had no smell at all, which surprised me a bit. Definitely going back for the stairs.
Read moreGood value, and that is the main reason I went with them over the high street. The carpet is decent quality for the price and the underlay was a nice extra. The only thing is the delivery window was a bit long, so I had to take a morning off. Still, I'd buy from them again for the rental.
Got a rug for my room from the site, the one with the stripe design. Looks alright and feels soft enough. Delivery took a bit longer than it said but it turned up in one piece. Easy enough to order.
I bought a stair runner in a hard wearing loop pile for the staircase and landing. The width I picked was right but the pattern looked a shade darker on screen than it did in person. It's a good carpet for the money and the fitter said the edges were neat. Delivery was a little slow, but they kept me updated by email, which I appreciated.
Decent for the price, which is the main reason I'd pick them again. The carpet is good quality for a bedroom and the underlay was a nice touch. The site could be clearer about the fitting options, I had to read through a few pages. Otherwise it's a solid choice for a rental.
