Needed a cheap replacement for a kitchen gadget so I ordered from here. The item price looked fine but the postage added a lot to the total at checkout, more than I expected for the weight. Waited nearly a week for it too.

I needed a garden hose connector before the weekend and this was the first place I found one. Ordered in the morning and it was delivered the following afternoon. Everything was as described and the instructions were clear.

I think this is a very good place to shop for household items and I would say the prices are fair for what you get. The delivery was prompt and the items were well packed. My only quibble is that the returns process took a little longer than I'd like, I had to wait several days for a reply from customer service before I knew what to do with a jug I didn't need. I'd still shop here again.

Compared to the high street shop I'd normally use for this, ordering from here was much cheaper and the site was easy enough to get round. I'd been put off by the reviews but the first order went through fine and the item turned up when they said it would. Only thing I'd change is the search, it's a bit fussy when you type something slightly wrong. Would probably order again.

Bought a pair of trainers from them last week and they arrived really quickly. The box was in good condition and the trainers look just like the pictures. Checkout was smooth and I got a confirmation email right away. Will be ordering from here again.
