I needed a replacement vacuum filter for an older model and looked at three sites before picking this one. Their listing gave the exact part number match and the price was fair compared to the others I checked. The filter fitted first time and the instructions were clear. Good experience all round.

Needed a decent laptop bag for a new job and didn't want to spend much. This one was well under what the big high street shops were asking and it fits a 15 inch laptop with room for a charger. Zip feels solid and the padding is fine. Good value, nothing to complain about.

I needed a replacement set of kitchen cupboard handles for a rental and ordered the brushed steel ones. What arrived was a different finish, not quite as pictured, and I had to wait nearly a week for a reply before they sent a return label. It did get sorted in the end but it took more effort than it should have.

The first thing I noticed was the bulk pack, which works out far cheaper per page than buying singles. Ordered it for the office printer and it arrived on time. Everything was as described and I've had no issues since.

Honestly the best part was getting a full refund without any fuss when the first pair didn't fit. I'd ordered running trainers and wanted a half size up. The replacement came the next working day and the returns process was just a printed label. Would order from them again.

Compared to the other site I tried, checkout here was way quicker and I didn't have to make an account. Got a pair of wireless earbuds and they work fine. Delivery took a couple extra days than I wanted though.

I placed an order for a set of printer cartridges for my husband's old machine, which I had been quite worried about getting right. The website was very clear about which ones fitted and the order went through without any bother. They arrived in good time and everything was in order. I'm very glad I chose them, and I'd happily use them again.

The bulk printer cartridge pack works out far cheaper per page than buying singles, and I know because I checked my last few orders against the old shop. I've been printing a lot of worksheets for my school class and the yield on these is noticeably better than the cheap clones I used before. Ordering took about two minutes and the cartridges arrived in good time. Not much else to say, they do the job.

I've ordered my usual loose leaf tea from them for years, the Assam blend in the large tin. It arrived fresh and the tin was sealed properly, which matters to me. The order history on the account makes reordering simple. Always pleased with it.

We had a boiler part fail on a Friday and needed a replacement quickly before the weekend. I found the exact part here and placed the order late on Friday. It arrived on Saturday morning and the fitting was straightforward with the diagram they included. Good to find a supplier that does weekend delivery.

I compared the garden hose with a couple of other retailers and this one came out a little more expensive, which I didn't mind too much. The packaging was sound and it arrived in good order. The price is the one thing I'd mention, as you can find the same model cheaper. Otherwise it does its job.

Bought the exact filter I needed for my model and it fitted first time. Checked the part number against the old one before ordering and it matched. Arrived in two days.

Compared to the big marketplace I usually buy from, this was a much smoother experience. The product page had proper measurements and real photos, and the price was about the same once delivery was added. The jacket fits as expected and the returns label came with the box. Glad I tried them.

Really pleased with this one, the dress came quickly and the fabric is lovely. The size chart was accurate and the zip works well. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a bedside lamp and it arrived without a scratch on it. The only thing is the bulb wasn't included so I had to pick one up separately. Setup was easy though and it looks nice on the table.

I've been buying my bird food from them for a long time now and the regular deliveries have been dependable. The order confirmation came through promptly and the new storage tub is handy. One small thing is the site is a bit fiddly to navigate on my tablet, but I manage.

Brilliant, honestly. Ordered a phone case on Monday night and it was with me by Wednesday. Checkout was easy and the tracking actually updated properly. Would get stuff from them again no problem.

Got a phone case from them last week, the clear one with the little card holder. Came in two days, fits my phone perfectly. Site was quick to use, no complaints.
