What stands out to me is how consistent they are, I've been ordering from them for about eleven years now. Same easy checkout, same friendly emails when something's on its way. Never had a problem I couldn't sort out.

Honestly pretty happy with the hoodie I got, it fits well and the material feels decent for the price. Took a bit longer than I thought to dispatch though, about five working days, and the tracking didn't update until the day it arrived. Checkout was simple enough and I had no trouble finding my size in the menu. Would probably order again.
