I bought the oak dining table for the kitchen back in the spring and it's still going strong. We've had it as a family table through birthdays and homework and it's taken plenty of knocks. Long time customer here, I've ordered a few bits over the years and this has been the best of them. Delivery was sorted on the day they said.

The first thing I noticed when the sideboard arrived was how solid the drawers felt, and after almost three years of use they still run smoothly. I've bought from the site on and off since the mid 2010s, mostly bedroom bits and a couple of garden chairs, and I've never had a real problem. Ordering is quick once you know your way round the menus, and the delivery people were polite and careful with the stairs.

Bought the corner sofa last month. Easy to order and it turned up on the day. Looks way better in real life than on the site. Really happy with it.

We needed a new dining set after the old one wobbled for too long. The table and chairs arrived in good order and the delivery team were patient with us about where to put everything. The fabric on the seats is comfortable and easy to wipe clean after the grandchildren have been round. Everything came together nicely.

The detail that impressed me most was the way the glass doors on the display cabinet close with a gentle click. I ordered it after a long search and it has been a very pleasant addition to the lounge. The one small thing was that the back panel came loose after a few weeks, though a quick call sorted it. I am content with the purchase.

Compared to going round three different shops on a Saturday, ordering the coffee table online was so much quicker. I ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it was sorted before I got back to my desk. The delivery came in the window they gave me. It's definitely my go to now.

We needed a cheap extra table for the kids to do homework on, so I went looking. The table is fine for the price and it's sturdy enough for what we use it for. The only thing is it took about a fortnight to arrive, longer than the site said.

I would say it is acceptable rather than a real favourite.

Compared with a well known store in town, the price on the bed frame was noticeably lower, and I checked twice because it seemed too good. The order went through fine and the frame is solid enough. The delivery was a day later than the slot I booked, and nobody told me until the morning of. It's still a good buy.
