Really happy with this, my first time buying from them. Got a bag of rabbit hay and some treats for my two rabbits. The order went through first time and the delivery came the next day. Only small thing was the hay bag was a bit crushed at one corner but the hay inside was fine.

Got a covered litter tray and two big bags of clumping litter for our two cats, all in one order. Price was the main reason I went with them, it's noticeably cheaper than the pet shop in town and the tray was about the same as Amazon. Checkout took about two minutes and the delivery came the next day in a single box. Nothing to complain about really, I've already put in a second order for the same litter.

Needed a new harness for our rescue greyhound because the old one was too small. Compared a few sites and this had the widest choice in her size. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday. Quite pleased.
