Northline

I bought the reclining armchair in the grey shade and it sits well in my front room. The seat is firm enough for my back, which I was worried about. The delivery men were courteous and carried it in for me, which I did appreciate. A very sensible purchase.

I needed a decent bike lock after mine got nicked from outside work, and I know the sort of locks that are worth paying for. The one I chose has a solid build and the mechanism feels smooth. The order was simple, delivery was next day, and the instructions were clear. Good kit at a fair price, and I'd happily order from here again.

Been ordering from them since they were a small outfit and they've always been straight with me. Last month I rang about a missing item and the lady on the phone sorted it out before I'd finished my cup of tea. Still the same friendly service I remember.

Honestly the order went through and the parcel turned up on time. The one annoying thing was the return label took ages to arrive by email when I sent back a shelf that didn't fit, so I had to chase it. Otherwise no complaints.

Ordered a set of garden chairs and one arrived with a wobbly leg. Getting the refund sorted meant emailing back and forth for about a week before anyone confirmed it. The chairs themselves are fine and the delivery was quick. Price was a bit higher than some places I'd checked but that's the way it goes.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually go to, this was far quicker to order from and the checkout didn't ask me to make an account. First order and it arrived the next morning, nicely packed. Would happily go back.

My flat's shower head broke off in the middle of a Tuesday morning so I needed something replaced quickly before my flatmate went mad. I'd never ordered from this site before and I was a bit nervous about it. Signing up took about a minute and the head came the next day, boxed properly with the seal still on. It fitted the thread without any fuss and the water pressure is brilliant now. Really glad I went with them.

Compared with the other shop I tried for a lamp, this was much easier to order from because the filters actually worked. My lamp came boxed up well and turned up the next day. Good stuff.

Honestly the bedding I ordered is so soft and it came quicker than I expected. The order page was clear about the delivery window, and the parcel arrived in a neat box with no creases. I paid a bit more than I'd like but the quality is good. Would buy again for sure. Sorted my bed out in one go.

Ordered a charger from my phone on the bus and it was sorted in under two minutes, saved card and all. It arrived the next day and it works, so no complaints there. The site shows stock levels clearly which is handy when you're in a rush. Would order again.

I'd looked at three other vacuums before picking this one up here, mostly because the price was lower and the reviews on the site were honest about battery life. It's been a few months now and the battery still lasts the full length of my flat. The attachments all fit and I haven't had any issues with the order or delivery.

Ordered a hoodie off the site after seeing it on my mates' Instagram lol. Honestly it's really comfy and the fabric's thicker than I expected for the price. Delivery was dead quick, arrived the next day. The size chart was a bit off so I went up one size but that was my fault for not checking properly. Would definitely buy from them again, I've already got my eye on the joggers.

I need decent garden hose fittings for the allotment and I've been through a fair few cheap ones that split by midsummer. I was after brass connectors that would survive a winter outside. These came well packed and the threads matched the standard ones I already have. The listing gave the thread size clearly, which is more than most sites manage. Solid kit, I'll be back.

Compared with the big chain I usually use for plumbing parts, this site has a far better search and the stock listed was accurate. The order arrived when promised and the parts fitted. The only small thing is the returns form is a bit fiddly to find on the site, but I got there in the end. Good value.

I would say this is a dependable company to order from. The staff on the phone were patient when I had questions about my order, and the parcel arrived when promised. Good value for what it was.

My old kitchen tap started dripping and I needed a replacement before the weekend, so I was relieved to find one in stock here. The order was straightforward and I had a clear confirmation email with the expected date. It arrived on the Thursday as promised, and the fitting instructions were clear enough that I managed without calling anyone. Very pleased with the whole thing.

Compared with the place I used to get paint from, this was quicker to order and the colour chart was easier to read. The delivery came a day earlier than they said. Happy with it.
