North East Tackle Supplies

Bought a mid range baitcaster reel after years of using the same old one. The drag is smooth and the bearings feel tight straight out of the packet. I have been using it on the river all season without any trouble.

Biggest thing for me was the next day delivery option at checkout, didn't expect that for a tackle shop. Ordered a box of lures after work on the bus home and they were on my doorstep the next morning. Easy site on my phone too, no faff.

Asked them whether a bait box would fit in my bag and had an answer within an hour, which I didn't expect on a Sunday. Ordered the box the same evening and it turned up two days later, first time I've bought from a tackle site.

Needed a cheap rod for a day out with my cousin at the lake. Got it sorted in about ten minutes on my phone. Arrived quick and does the job lol.

The detail that struck me most was the tidy compartments inside the tackle box, very well thought out for a fly tyer. I ordered it after a recommendation from my husband who fishes the same stretch of river. It arrived securely wrapped and the instructions were clear.

Compared three tackle sites before ordering and this one came out cheapest once I'd added postage. Got a fly box and some leaders. Everything arrived well packed and on time. Glad I didn't just go with the first one I found.

Honestly the best value I've found for fishing gear online. Ordered a couple of spools of line and a bundle of hooks and the total came in under what the big sellers wanted before postage. The site is easy to use, you can filter by what you're after without faffing about. Stock was all there and the order came in a couple of days. No complaints, I'll keep using them for my bits.

Compared with the tackle shop in town this is noticeably cheaper for the same brand of line. I stocked up on monofilament and a couple of floats and the saving was obvious on the total. Postage was reasonable and it came in a day or so. Would rather pay a bit less and wait a day than pay full price in store.

I needed a new reel after my old one seized up on a cold morning at the pond. The reel I picked had good reviews and the site made it easy to compare the models. Ordered on a Monday and it was with me by Wednesday. Worth the money for a reel that should last a few seasons.

Been fishing carp for years so I know my gear. Picked up a replacement bait box and some boilies, the choice is better than most of the local places. Prices are sharp and they packed everything carefully. Good shop.

I had never bought fishing gear before and needed something for a trip with my dad to the coast. The site had a proper guide on rod lengths which helped a lot. The starter set I chose arrived well packed and everything was there.

I have found the ordering on this site perfectly pleasant and the prices are a little on the fair side for fishing tackle. The hooks I ordered arrived within three working days, which I was pleased about, and the confirmation email was clear and courteous throughout.

Compared a few places before ordering a landing net and a bag of pellets. The net is solid and does what I needed it to do. The postage was higher than I expected though, which made the total feel less of a bargain than the listed price suggested. Delivery took about four days.

Bought a pair of chest waders in the size chart I checked twice. The fit is good, the boots are comfortable and the material feels sturdy. Delivery was quick and the price was fair for the quality.

Ordered a landing net on my lunch break and it was done in a couple of minutes. Checkout was simple and the tracking updates were spot on. Parcel turned up the next afternoon. Would order again.

Picked up a bait box and a pack of groundbait for my first proper session on the canal. The box has a good lid and keeps everything dry, which was the main thing I needed. Shipping was quick and the items were exactly as shown on the site.

I needed a beginner kit because my mate had started taking me out on the lake and I wanted to stop borrowing his gear. The rod and reel combo was easy to pick out on the site. Arrived a bit later than the estimate but everything was there and nothing was damaged.

Needed a new net and some tackle in a hurry on a Thursday. Ordered at lunchtime on the work phone app and it was on the doorstep by Friday morning. Quick service and the price was fine, nothing to complain about.

Compared it with two other tackle sites before buying and this one came out cheapest once postage was added. I bought a spool of braid and a pack of swivels and the total was lower than the others. Stock was showing as available and it shipped the same day.

I'd been putting off buying online because I wasn't sure what I needed. Compared it with a local shop first and this came out well on price. The site walked me through the basics and I felt less lost than I thought I would. Got a starter kit and some hooks, and it all turned up in good nick. Nice first experience.
