Needed a small blender for my flat after the last one broke and didn't want to spend much. This one does smoothies fine and it's easy to wash up. Price was a bit more than I'd hoped but the delivery was decent.

Bought the grill for the garden and it does the job for the price. Arrived in two days and the checkout took about a minute. Nothing more to say really.

First time ordering from them and I went for the pressure cooker. It came with a clear manual and the lid locks properly, which I was a bit nervous about. Delivery was quick and everything was in one piece when it arrived.

Honestly the air fryer is great, makes chips that actually crisp up. Ordered on a Sunday and it turned up Tuesday. Would get again, my flatmate is now nicking it constantly lol.

I ordered the multicooker after my son suggested it for busy weeknights. The control panel is laid out sensibly and the recipe booklet is easy to follow, even for someone who is not particularly confident in the kitchen. Delivery was prompt and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.

Needed a new toaster after mine died in the middle of making breakfast. Ordered one of their two slice ones and it's fine, does the job. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped but it got here.

The basket on the air fryer is much bigger than I was expecting from the spec, so I can fit a whole chicken in it on a weeknight. I've been cooking for years and know my kitchen kit, and this one is well made for the money. Ordering was simple and the parcel came quickly.

Compared to the cheap air fryer I had before, this one cooks way more evenly and I don't have to shake the basket halfway through. I was going to get one from a big supermarket but the price on here was lower and the order turned up quicker too, so that was that. Chips come out crispy and I've been using it every other day since I got it, honestly a good buy.

We needed a food processor to replace one that had gone past its best after many years of use. This one has a decent size bowl and handles chopping onions without any bother. The price was a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere, but the seller was quick to answer a question I had about the blades, and the item arrived in good order.

Got the kettle and a spare filter for it from the site, and the whole lot came in under what the big high street shops wanted. It boils quick, the lid stays put, and I've had it daily for months now without any faff. Decent value for what you pay, cheers.

I have been cooking for over forty years and I can say the knife set they sent is a very decent one. The blades hold their edge well and the block is neatly made. I was pleased with the speed of delivery and the care taken with packing. I would order from them again without hesitation.

Compared to the one I had from another shop, this kettle looks a fair bit smaller than the photo suggested. It still boils fine and the handle is comfortable. I'd have liked a larger capacity for the price though, and the order took a few extra days to come through.

We needed a cheaper grill for the garden as the old one rusted through. This one is fine for burgers but the price was higher than I'd seen elsewhere for a similar model. Took nearly a week to arrive and the box was a bit battered when it came.

I'd had a look at three or four blenders on other sites before going for this one, mostly because the reviews on the rest were all over the place. This one crushes ice properly and the jug is easy to rinse out. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged in the box. Good shout.

Compared with the coffee machine my daughter recommended, this one was far simpler to set up. I found the instructions clear and the descaling light is helpful. A sensible purchase and it arrived when promised.

Compared to the cheap one I got from the supermarket last year, this is much better made and the lid actually fits. I was going to wait for a sale but the price was reasonable as it was and the delivery was quick. The only reason I'm not giving more is nothing, it's just a good solid pan and I use it every day now.

The first thing I noticed was how quickly the order went through, which I did not expect from a website I had never used before. I had a question about delivery timings and they replied by email the same afternoon, very politely, which I appreciated. Everything arrived when they said it would. I shall certainly order from them again.

The rubber seal on the pressure cooker is the first thing I noticed, it's thick and sits neatly in its groove, which I gather matters a good deal for a pressure cooker. My late husband would have been delighted with it. The order arrived within the week, and I'm grateful to whoever packed it so carefully.

Good value for the money and the site was easy to use. Ordered a set of kitchen bits and they arrived in about three days, which was quicker than I expected from a European store. Prices were lower than what I'd seen on the high street and I didn't have to pay any extra fees at checkout. Would happily order again for the price alone.
