Nikura

Found the bargain bins on their site and ordered a pack of phone cases for my brother's birthday, which turned up two days later. Checkout was dead simple, didn't even need to make an account. Packed well too, no complaints from me.

Good value, honestly, for the price I paid for the garden hose. It's a bit stiffer than I expected but it works fine. Delivery was a day late, which is a small niggle, but the price more than made up for it.

I ordered a set of replacement drawer handles after the old ones started coming loose. The handles themselves are solid and they fit my cabinets well. However, the order took nearly ten days to arrive, and when I rang to ask, I was passed between two people before anyone could tell me where it was. The price was fair for what they are, and the packaging kept them safe. I'd order again, but I'd allow extra time.

I've been buying my bird feed from them for longer than I care to count. The bag I ordered last week was the same brand and weight as always. The price has crept up a little but still beats the garden centre. Delivery came on the day they said, and the driver was polite and patient about it.

I have been ordering from them for a good few years now, mostly small household bits. The thing I notice most is that the prices have stayed reasonable. Delivery is usually prompt, though one order was held up a couple of days.

Worth it for the price, the power tool I bought works well and cost less than anywhere else I looked. The only grumble is that sending something back took a bit of working out, you have to print a label and then it wasn't obvious where to drop it off. Would buy again.

I bought a set of storage boxes, my first time ordering from them. Two of the boxes came with a small scuff on the lid, not huge but I noticed straight away. The rest were fine and the price was good. Getting a replacement sorted took a few emails so I'm not sure I'd bother next time.

I needed a replacement phone charger in a hurry, so I went looking and compared a few sellers. This one was the cheapest by a bit and the checkout was quick enough. Arrived the next working day.

I bought the little canvas tote, it is smaller than I thought but I love the colour. Compared with the other places I looked it was cheaper and I got it in two days. Checkout was smooth and I like that you can pick a slot for delivery.

Looked at a few different retailers before I chose this one for my mum's birthday gift. It's a nice quality bathrobe and the price came in lower than the rest. Ordering was simple and it arrived in time. I think it's the best of what I looked at, and I'd order again.

I did consider the high street shop I usually go to, but this came out considerably less for an almost identical bedside lamp. The order was easy to place and I was kept informed about when it would leave. The lamp arrived in good condition and the instructions were clear. I am pleased with the purchase and would happily order from them again.

Tried the usual places first but this was loads cheaper for the same trainers, which was a pleasant surprise. Checkout took about a minute, didn't have to make an account. Arrived in a day and the box was fine. Yeah, would buy from them again.

Compared it with a similar one from another retailer, and the colour on this one is a bit duller than the photo suggested. It's sturdy enough and fits the space. Would have been a better buy if the listing had been clearer on the finish.

Signed up and ordered my first thing with them last month and it went through without any fuss. The checkout was simple and the confirmation came straight away. Got what I paid for and it arrived when they said it would.

My old dishwasher filter had gone and I needed a replacement quickly, so I went with them as they had it in stock. The part was exactly what I needed and it went in without any trouble. It arrived well packed and the price was fair.

I looked at two other suppliers before settling on this one for a new kitchen mat. The price was in between the two and the delivery promised was the best of the three. The order came exactly as described and the driver left it safely by the back door. Very happy with how it all went.

Got the basic kettle for the spare room and it does exactly what I needed. The price was the main reason I picked it, and it was well under what the shops were asking. Arrived in good nick and I've used it every day since.

I compared about four different sites before ordering and this was the one that came out cheapest once delivery was added on. The checkout was quick and didn't ask me for the same details twice. Everything arrived in one go and matched the listing, which is more than I can say for the last place I used. Would happily order again.

We needed a replacement door mat and wanted something cheap, so I'm glad the price was decent. It did take nearly a week to turn up though, which was longer than they'd quoted. The mat itself is fine and does the job.

Our old one packed in on a Sunday and we needed something to get us through the week without spending a fortune. I went for the basic option and it does the job, nothing flashy about it. The price was lower than what I'd seen in shops and the site showed the total before I paid, which I liked. Delivery took two days which was fine. Would order from them again if I needed something similar.
