100%Would buy again
Yeah they're good. Ordered a pair of trainers for the gym, got them in about three days and they fit fine. Checkout was easy and I didn't have to fill in loads of stuff. Price was decent too, cheaper than what I'd seen on the big sites, and the tracking actually updated properly which is rare. Would order again no question, and I've already told my flatmate about them.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the order tracking page, which is clear and shows you exactly where the parcel is. I've used them a good few times now, mostly for household bits. My only gripe is that when I had a question about a size, it took them about two days to come back to me, though the answer was helpful when it came.
Read moreThe biggest surprise was how clear the price breakdown was at checkout, nothing added on at the end. I looked at about four other places before going with them for a set of kitchen shelves, and they came out a bit cheaper than the rest once delivery was counted. Ordering was simple and the confirmation email came straight away, so I didn't have to chase anything.
Read moreThe best option for a garden hose is this one, I think, having tried a few brands over the years. The price is fair for the length and it doesn't kink easily. The order came quickly and the connector fits my tap without any adapter needed. I've told a couple of neighbours about it already.
The app is the best bit, the reorder button saves so much time when I'm rushing about with the kids. Ordered my usual on the bus and it was all done before my stop. Delivery was on the day and the driver was polite, and I'd buy from them again.

Been a customer for years now and the thing I notice most is they always remember my size and address without me typing it in. Only small gripe is the checkout page can be slow on my old tablet.
Bought a spare battery for my cordless drill and the price was the main reason I went with them. It was about a third less than the manufacturer's site, and it works the same as the original. Ordering took two minutes and it arrived in the box I expected. For the money it's hard to beat.

I needed a replacement charger for my camera because the original cable had gone and the shop I usually use didn't stock the right one. I know my way around this kind of kit, so I checked the spec carefully before ordering. The listing gave me everything I needed, it was the correct connector, and it worked first time.
Compared with my usual supplier, this one is cheaper for the same brand of seed compost and the order arrived quicker. I've been buying from them for a while now and nothing has gone wrong. The bags were in good shape and the order tracking was easy to follow.
Needed something for my mate's birthday on Friday and had literally nothing sorted. Found the gift on the site, ordered on Tuesday night and it was there Thursday morning, which was well quicker than I thought. Would use them again.
Needed a proper reclining chair for my dad after his hip op, as he couldn't get comfortable in the old one. I've shopped around for these before and know the sort of thing to look for. The listing gave clear dimensions and the reclining mechanism works smoothly. It arrived on time and was simple to put together with the instructions.
I needed a proper bike lock after mine got nicked from outside work. I've bought a few of these over the years, so I know what to look for in the shackle thickness. They had the one I wanted listed with all the specs, the price was sensible, and it's solid. Good to have it back.
Ended up choosing their bed frame after comparing it with three other places. It was the mid price and the reviews on the page looked genuine. Ordering was straightforward and the frame came flat-packed with all the bolts and fixings clearly labelled. Took an evening to put together and it's rock solid now.
Got a new phone case and a screen protector from them on my lunch break, so I didn't have time to mess about. It came the next day which was spot on. Price is fine, not the cheapest I've seen but not overpriced either. Checkout took about a minute on my phone and I didn't have any issues.
Ordered a small bluetooth speaker for the car on Monday and it was on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon. Honestly couldn't believe it. Box was fine, nothing broken, and it charges quick. Ordering was dead simple, no faff with logging in. Price was good too, and I've already had a look at what else they've got.
Went with them instead of my usual big site and they were a fair bit cheaper for the same sort of thing. Ordered on a Wednesday and it turned up Friday morning, which I didn't expect. Will see how the next order goes but first impressions are good.
