100%Would buy again
Yeah they're good. Ordered a pair of trainers for the gym, got them in about three days and they fit fine. Checkout was easy and I didn't have to fill in loads of stuff. Price was decent too, cheaper than what I'd seen on the big sites, and the tracking actually updated properly which is rare. Would order again no question, and I've already told my flatmate about them.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the order tracking page, which is clear and shows you exactly where the parcel is. I've used them a good few times now, mostly for household bits. My only gripe is that when I had a question about a size, it took them about two days to come back to me, though the answer was helpful when it came.
Read moreThe biggest surprise was how clear the price breakdown was at checkout, nothing added on at the end. I looked at about four other places before going with them for a set of kitchen shelves, and they came out a bit cheaper than the rest once delivery was counted. Ordering was simple and the confirmation email came straight away, so I didn't have to chase anything.
Read moreI would say it is a sound place to shop and I have been satisfied with my dealings with them. The website is easy enough to navigate, although I did find the returns page rather hard to follow when I needed to send something back. Once I had worked it out, the refund came through without any bother.
I went with them over the big high street site because the delivery was cheaper and I'd heard good things. Ordering was simple enough, though the checkout asked me to make an account twice which was a bit annoying. Stuff arrived in good nick and I'll probably go back.
Compared about four places before I went with them for a cot mattress. They weren't the cheapest on the list, but they were close and the delivery was free. The mattress came a day later than the estimate, which was a bit of a shame, but it was in good condition.
I bought a set of storage containers for the kitchen, and they arrived well packed and exactly as shown. The ordering process was straightforward, though I did have to telephone once to ask about a delivery window, and the person was courteous enough. I'd say they're fairly priced for what you get.
