Needed a replacement charger for my laptop before a shift started so I was in a bit of a panic. Found it on the site, ordered at lunchtime and it was on my doorstep next morning. Quick and simple, didn't have to ring anyone. Sorted.

Got the running trainers in the sale and they fit fine, the sizing guide was spot on. Arrived in a box with no damage. Only thing I'd say is they came a day later than I thought but it's no biggie. Good enough for the price.

My fuse box cover cracked and I needed a replacement before the electrician came round. Found the right one on the site, ordered in the evening and it came the next morning. Fitted in five minutes, job done.

I'd never ordered from here before so I was a bit nervous about it. The sign up was quick and the bag of dog treats came exactly as shown, my dog has gone mad for them. Turned up on the day they said. Very pleased.

The first thing I noticed was how many filter options the site has, which made it harder to find the exact part for my boiler. Once I found it the price was fair and it arrived the next working day. The checkout asked for my details twice which was a bit annoying. Otherwise no complaints, I'd use them again.

I compared three sites before I ordered the wireless speaker and this one had the best price with the same spec. The speaker arrived boxed well and the sound is good for the size. Setup was a case of plugging it in and pairing from my phone. Happy with it.

I'd been looking at buying the same kind of garden kneeler from a shop in town, but the price there was considerably higher so I went with this instead. The kneeler itself is sturdy and folds flat for the shed, which I appreciated. The ordering process was straightforward and I did receive a confirmation e-mail promptly. Would I buy from them again? Yes, I think I would.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday that was arriving on time and I was running late. Ordered the candle set, it came gift wrapped and in good time. She loved it. Quick, easy, sorted.

Compared with the other site I've used for years, this one came out cheaper on the same tent pegs and the tent poles were in the box as listed. The order took a single day to arrive. I've been a regular for a long time and nothing has changed about the way they treat me.

Honestly this was the middle option on price and not the cheapest of the three I looked at. The product is good quality and the instructions were clear. I'd have liked the delivery to be a bit quicker since I'd paid for the faster option. It's fine.

I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years now and the thing that always stands out is how the site remembers my details so I don't have to type everything in again. Last month I needed a couple of bits for the garden and they were on my doorstep the next day with no fuss. Never had a problem with a order yet, just a reliable place I come back to.

Compared to the usual place I buy printer ink from, this was a few quid cheaper for the same cartridge. Checkout was simple and the cartridges came in a padded envelope with no fuss. The ink prints fine so far. Good value.

The verdict for me is that it's fine but I wouldn't rush back. The order was due on a Tuesday and it turned up on the Friday with a dent in the corner of the box. The product inside is okay but not quite as sturdy as the photo made it look. Reply to my message took two days. Not the end of the world, but I expected better for the money.

I know this product area well and it's usually the big branded ones I trust. Compared with those, this version is noticeably cheaper but the plastic feels thinner and the seal isn't as tight. It does the job for a light load but I wouldn't use it for anything heavy. The price is the main reason I bought it and I'd say it's a fair trade off. Delivery was on time and nothing was broken.

What struck me first was how clearly the site laid out the sizes and the instructions, which I did appreciate given my eyesight. I did have to write in with a query about the fitting, and the reply came back within two working days, which was perfectly reasonable. The item arrived well wrapped and I'm very pleased with it. I shall certainly return.

Bought the two pack of replacement water filters for our jug and they arrived in about three days which was quicker than I expected. Works out a fair bit cheaper per filter than the big supermarket brand and the jug tastes just the same to us. Packaging was basic but nothing got damaged, and the price on the site matched what came out of my account, so no nasty surprises there. Would order again.

My old kettle finally gave up so I needed a replacement quickly. I compared a few places first and this was mid-range on price, which is why I went for it. It arrived in good order and works well, though the box was bigger than it needed to be. Returns looked a bit fiddly on their page but I haven't needed one.

Would order again, the stuff turned up when they said and the price was fine. Only niggle is the checkout asked me to create an account before I could pay and I nearly gave up on it. Not a big deal once I'd sorted it, just a bit of a faff on my phone at lunchtime. Delivery was quick and the box was intact.

The verdict is that this was better value than the local shop for the same walking frame. The frame is well made and the adjustable height is easy to set. Ordering was simple with clear steps and the delivery arrived when they said. I'm pleased with my purchase.
