Got this last month and the bit I like is the rain sensor, it just goes back to the dock when it starts pouring. Set up was dead easy on the app. Delivery was quick too.

Ordered from them instead of the big high street site and it was quicker to check out, fewer pages to click through. The order came two days later than they said it would, which was a bit annoying, but they emailed me before I had to chase them. Packaging was fine. Would order again, just maybe not for something I need by Friday.

We've had it since last year. Why we got it was the lawn had got too big to handle with the old push mower. Setting up the boundary wire took most of a Saturday and I had to go back over parts of it twice. Once it was going though it's fine.

Customer support was helpful eventually but it took about four days to reply to my first message. Works well now.

Pretty good so far, the verdict is it works. Bought it on the site and it came quicker than I thought. One bit I didn't love was the app needing a firmware update before it would even start, took ages to download.
