Looked at three other sites before this one and this was the only one that showed the full delivery cost before I got to checkout. The other two added it at the last step which annoyed me. Ordered on a Sunday night, it turned up the Tuesday. Happy with it, will go back.

Best thing I can say is it just worked. Found the trainers I wanted, paid on the app, got a confirmation straight away and they landed the next day. Did it in my lunch break on the bus home.

Went with this over the bigger name sites because the lamp I wanted was about a third cheaper here. Checked the reviews and the warehouse seemed to be in the UK, which was a plus for me. Delivery was quicker than the big sites too, a day and a half. The bulb was included which I didn't expect.

Bought a pair of walking boots for a hiking trip with my uni society. First time I'd ordered from here so I was a bit nervous. They came in a week, boots are comfy straight out the box and the sizing was spot on for me.

Buy my beans here every month and that's not changed in years. Grind options are good and they ship on the same day if you order before lunch. Prices have crept up a bit but still fair. Always arrives in good shape.

Compared this against two of the big chains before ordering and this was a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of kettle. Checkout asked me to make an account which I wasn't keen on, but it was quick. Parcel came in two days and everything was intact.

Used to buy from a different site for printer ink, but this one is cheaper and the subscription is easier to change. Got my first delivery in two working days. I like that they just ask how many pages I print each month.

I needed a replacement for a kitchen stool that had worn through, and my daughter suggested I try this website. The ordering was straightforward and I was grateful for the clear measurements. It arrived in good order and well packed. I am pleased with it and would happily order again.

The discount code box is right there on the basket page, which I liked because I've been caught out before. Got twenty percent off my order of bedding. Packaging was nice too, plain card box with tissue. Arrived in a day and a half which was quick.

Bought a runner for the hallway after looking at about five sites. The colour on screen was a bit warmer than the real thing but honestly it works fine with the paint. Delivery was a little slow, took nine days, though they did text me each step. Price was lower than the high street.

Honestly this is one of the better value places for good quality outdoor gear. I've bought waterproofs, a rucksack and a stove here over the last couple of years and nothing has let me down. The descriptions are accurate, sizing charts are reliable and returns are simple.

The tracking updates were spot on, which is rare. Ordered a jumper Monday, got a text saying it was out for delivery Thursday morning, and it came exactly then. Easy return too.

I ordered a kettle from them last month to replace my old one, which had finally given up after nearly twenty years. The order itself was simple enough and I had no bother finding what I wanted on the site. It arrived in good time and the box was well packed, which I was glad of. I have to say I'm very pleased with it, and I'd happily order from them again when the time comes.
