Looked at three other sites before this one and this was the only one that showed the full delivery cost before I got to checkout. The other two added it at the last step which annoyed me. Ordered on a Sunday night, it turned up the Tuesday. Happy with it, will go back.
Read moreNeeded a cot mattress in a hurry because the old one had gone. This was my first order here and the site was fine, but the mattress took nine days and I had to ring them to find out where it was. Once it came the quality is good and it fits the cot well.
Read moreI ordered a kettle from them last month to replace my old one, which had finally given up after nearly twenty years. The order itself was simple enough and I had no bother finding what I wanted on the site. It arrived in good time and the box was well packed, which I was glad of. I have to say I'm very pleased with it, and I'd happily order from them again when the time comes.
Read moreThe secateurs are a sound pair and that's the verdict from me. Ordering was simple enough and the price was reasonable for steel of this quality. A small quibble is the return form, which took a few tries to find on the site. Otherwise pleased.
Got the phone case I wanted after comparing a few options on other sites, and this one was the cheapest by a couple of quid. The checkout was a bit clunky and kept logging me out. Delivery came in three days, which was fine.
Needed a birthday present for my mum by Friday and nothing in the shops, so ordered on here at lunch. Arrived Wednesday, wrapped nicely, the site was easy to use on my phone. Only niggle was the search keeps throwing up stuff that isn't in stock. Would use again.
Long time customer here and I've bought my winter coat and a few bits from them over the last couple of years. The returns form took a bit of finding on the site, but once I sent the item back the refund came through within a week.
