N Peal

The first thing I noticed was how light the box was when it arrived, and the item inside had shifted about. The bowl itself was fine with no chips, but the packaging felt like it could have used more padding. Price was good, about twenty pounds under what I'd seen elsewhere. Delivery took three days which is about what I expected. It works, just not as sturdy as I'd like for the money.

Compared with the high street chain I usually go to for bedding, this was a fair bit cheaper and the cotton feels just as nice when it's washed. The ordering was straightforward and the parcel arrived on the day they said it would, which I wasn't expecting. Bit of a wait for the second item to be dispatched but otherwise I'm happy with it.

I ordered the brass reading lamp with the adjustable arm, and it's sturdier than I expected for the price. The switch is easy to reach from the chair and the shade sits nicely over the page. It came packed carefully with plenty of bubble wrap. Quick delivery too.

Compared to the brand I usually get from the big department store, this one was a bit cheaper and the fabric is just as nice. Took a couple of days to arrive, not as fast as the store though. Happy enough.

Compared with the gadget I picked up in town, this one feels cheaper in the hand and the buttons are a bit stiff. It does the job though. The order arrived in about a week, which was slower than I'd hoped. Price was fair enough.

The detail that struck me most was how even the stitching is along the seams of the cushion cover I ordered, which I didn't expect at this price. The colour is a touch lighter than it looked on screen but that's a small thing. The zip is a bit fiddly to get back on, and I had to try it a couple of times. Otherwise it's a nice cover and it went in the wash without any bobbling.

Got the waterproof jacket in medium, but it's more like a small honestly. Quality looks good and the zips work well. Took about four days to come. Wish I'd sized up but I'll just swap it.

My old kettle packed up the week before Christmas and I needed something quick and cheap to replace it. I wanted something that would last more than a season without spending a fortune. Found this one on the site, ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday. Boils fast, looks decent on the worktop, and the price was lower than the big supermarket. No complaints at all.

Honestly the whole thing was simple from start to finish and the item was exactly as described. I'd be happy to order from them again, and I've already told my sister about them.

What stands out to me after years of ordering here is how reliable the delivery is. Every order I've placed has arrived within the time they quoted, and the tracking has always been accurate. I've never had a parcel go missing. The range keeps changing which is nice, and I like finding something new each time.

Needed new trainers for my shifts, my old pair were falling apart. Ordered these on my phone at lunch and they came the next morning. Fit is good, my feet don't ache by the end of the day anymore. Easy checkout too. Would order again.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday at short notice and this came through in time. Ordering was easy on my phone. The gift box was nice but the ribbon was a bit wonky. Still a good choice.

My old charger for the tablet had given up, so I needed a replacement quickly. Ordered one from here and it arrived the next day. Works perfectly and cost less than I expected. Simple as that.

I'd been putting off replacing the garden hose and finally ordered one from here. The hose is sturdy enough and didn't kink when I used it on the lawn. Delivery came in two days, which was fine. The price is a little higher than the garden centre, but the convenience makes up for it. A good buy.

Honestly my first time buying from here and it went smoothly from start to finish. I was worried about returns but I haven't needed one yet. The checkout was quick, I paid with my card and the confirmation email came straight away. The dress fits well and I've already had compliments. Will be back for sure.

I ordered the cotton duvet set in cream and it felt thin and rather scratchy compared to the photos. The stitching on one corner had already started to come loose. I'd hoped for something softer for the price. Not what I was hoping for.

I used to order from a different site but this one's way quicker. Checkout is simpler and I didn't have to make an account. Delivery was next day which was nice, though the courier left the parcel with a neighbour without asking me first. Still cheaper than what I was paying before.
