I'd looked at three other sites before ordering the carpet cleaner solution. This one came out cheaper per litre, which was why I went for it, and the stain on the sofa did lift. But the instructions are vague on dilution so I ended up using a bit too much. Delivery was fine, though the box was squashed at one corner. Not bad, but I'd check the mixing details first.

I've been buying the multi surface cleaner from here since they first started, and I've never once had to think twice about reordering it. The stock is always there when I log on, and the reorder button saves me writing it all out each time. Last month a bottle came with a tiny leak in the corner of the box, so I emailed them and they sent a replacement without fuss, which I appreciated.

We needed something for the oven after the old one had gone a bit grim and nothing from the shops was touching it. Found an oven cleaner on here and it took the baked on fat off the racks in one go. I'd been scrubbing for an hour before that. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, which was fine. Good stuff.

Ordered a degreaser for the oven and hob because I'd never bought anything like it online before. The checkout asked for a few details I hadn't expected, but it wasn't a big deal. The delivery came the next working day and the bottle was packed well. Only niggle was the instructions were a bit small on the label.

I bought the glass cleaner refill about three years ago and I've been topping up from it ever since. It doesn't streak on the patio doors and it's gentle enough for the conservatory frames. Ordering is easy and the regular refill reminder is handy. I've never had a problem with it.

Lemon spray is my favourite thing I've ordered from here, it smells like proper fresh lemons and not that fake stuff. I use it on the worktops and the sink every day and it doesn't leave a film. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and it came the next day. The bottle's a good size too, I'm not buying it every week. Really happy with it, would get it again.

I'm picky about my cleaning products and I've tried most of the eco ranges on the market. This descaler works properly on the kettle and the shower head, which is what I bought it for. The only niggle is the price is a touch above some of the others I've compared, but the strength makes up for it. Would happily reorder when this one runs out.

ok so the thing i noticed first is the bottle is massive, like it could last me ages. the lemon one smells proper nice without being overpowering. delivery was quick, got it the next day. only thing is the pump top is a bit fiddly and it dribbles if you're not careful, but it's fine otherwise.

I'd been using a well known branded spray for years and wondered whether this would be as good. It turned out to be much the same on grease and the smell is a bit milder, which I prefer in the kitchen. The price is noticeably lower for the same size, so I can't see much reason to go back. Checkout was straightforward and it came well packed, with no leaks.

I've used the big brand bleach gel for years but it's gone up in price a lot lately. I tried this one instead and it's just as strong on the stains in the grout and the whites come out fine. It's a fair bit cheaper too, which matters on a pension. Delivery was a bit longer than I'd like but the goods arrived safe and the packaging was tidy.

got the disinfecting wipes. they do the job but they dry out fast if you don't put the lid back on. delivery was fine. not sure about the price compared to the supermarket.

I know the cleaning products pretty well from working in facilities, and this degreaser is as strong as the industrial ones. It cut through the grease on the extractor fan properly. It's a touch pricier than buying the bulk version elsewhere, but for a single bottle it's reasonable. Dispatch was quick and the bottle arrived sealed. Would buy again.

Lovely fresh smell on the bathroom spray and it arrived the day after I ordered, which was brilliant with the kids about to have a bath. Price was fair, about what I'd pay in the big shop. Packaging was fine, no leaks. Will be ordering again.

I needed a proper cloth for the stainless steel appliances because everything else left smears. I've been ordering these for a while now, and the ordering is simple and the delivery never fails. They're the ones I was looking for, so I stick with them. Nothing else to report.

Needed some cleaning stuff quick for moving out of the flat, landlord was stood there waiting. Got the multi surface and a sponge pack on the way home. Works well and no streaks on the glass. Easy order, will be back.

I ordered the microfibre cloths for polishing the kitchen worktops and they're soft and pick up dust well. The pack is lighter than I expected though, and two of the cloths had a bit of fluff on the edges that came off on the first wash. I'd still use them for dusting, just not for the finishing work I wanted them for.

I'd been using a supermarket own brand for the garage floor and it never really cut through the oil stains. I tried the degreaser from here instead and it lifted the marks in one pass. It costs a bit more than the own brand but works far better, so it's worth it to me. Ordering was straightforward, I'd buy it again without a second thought.

The drains in the back of the house were slow and I needed something cheap that would clear them without a plumber. Went for the drain treatment because it was a fraction of the price of the hardware shop ones. It cleared most of the blockage after two overnight doses, and the bottle was good value. Delivery was prompt and I'd order again.

It's a good product and I'd happily buy it again. The floor cleaner leaves no residue on our laminate, which was my main worry. Ordering was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. Nothing more to add really.
