Great, I bought a birthday present for my sister and it arrived on time. Ordering was quick and there was a gift message option which was a nice touch. Everything came nicely wrapped.

I needed new bedding for the spare room as my sister is coming to stay for a few weeks and the old set was looking tired. I'd read that the site was reliable, and I can say it was. The sheets arrived well wrapped, the colour is lovely and the size was correct. The customer team answered my question about the thread count within a few hours, which I appreciated. I'd be glad to order from them again.

I checked three or four other sites before picking this one for a new electric toothbrush and a set of heads. This one came out cheaper than the rest once delivery was added, and the choice of heads was better. The checkout took a minute and I got a confirmation straight away. The toothbrush arrived well packed and works great. Delivery was next day, which I wasn't expecting, so that was a nice surprise.

Got a new hoodie for the gym and ordered it on my phone while waiting for the bus, which was dead easy. The size guide was spot on and it arrived the next day in a plain bag. Colour is exactly like the photo and the fabric is soft but not thin. Price was lower than the big sports brands for the same sort of thing. Really happy with it and I've already got my eye on another one.

I needed a new audio mixer for the home studio and I've been buying bits of kit for years, so I know what to look for. The listing had the spec I wanted and the price was competitive. It arrived in two days, which was quicker than I expected. The only small niggle is that the order confirmation went to my junk folder so I wasn't sure it had gone through at first. Otherwise sound.

The battery life is brilliant, the headphones easily last a full week between charges. I've had a lot of headphones over the years and I know what to look for. The build is solid and the sound is clear. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. Good buy.

This came out a better deal than the other sites I checked for a set of storage boxes. Once I'd added delivery the total was still lower, and the boxes are sturdy. Checkout was quick and the confirmation arrived right away. Delivery was in three days. Happy with it.

Honestly one of the easier online orders I've made in ages. I'd never bought from them before and found what I wanted in a couple of minutes, checkout was quick and the confirmation came straight away. The item arrived a few days later exactly as described and well packed, so I'll be ordering again.

The price was a bit lower than the usual places I check, which is why I picked it. Delivery was in about three working days and didn't cost anything extra over the minimum spend. Checkout took a minute and there was a discount code box I could actually find, which saved me a few quid. Nothing to complain about for the money.

I needed a cordless drill for some jobs around the house and I looked at a few options before settling on this one. The price was the deciding factor, and the drill arrived well packed with two batteries included. Setup was simple and it's worked well on a few weekends now. Good value for what it is.

This is the best place I've found for baking supplies, and I bake most weekends so I'm picky. The vanilla paste and the tins are both exactly as listed. Prices are fair for the quality. The site remembers my last order so reordering is easy. Would go back.

Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes. Arrived the next day which was mad. Looks like what I wanted, so yeah, sorted.

Quick order on my phone, the checkout saved my card details so it took about a minute. Ordered a phone charger and a case on a Monday and they were here Tuesday afternoon. Both were exactly what I wanted and the case fits my phone perfectly. Price was a few quid less than the big electronics shop. Nothing to complain about, would order again.

I compared a few places for a bike lock and this one was about the same price as the rest, but it came with a free key tag which was a small thing that made me choose it. The lock feels solid and the ordering was simple. Delivery took two days. Nothing exciting, just a good solid experience.

I bought a new set of garden tools from them after my old ones rusted through, and I've been a customer for a good few years now. The trowel and fork arrived in a sturdy box with no damage, and the handles feel comfortable in my hands. Ordering is straightforward and I always get a confirmation straight away. Prices have stayed fair and the delivery has been reliable every time I've used them.

I needed a replacement set of kitchen scales after my old pair stopped working, and my daughter suggested I try this website. The ordering was straightforward and the page was easy to read without my glasses. Everything arrived within the week, well packed and exactly as described. The customer team were polite when I rang with a small question about the batteries. I'd happily use them again.

I ordered a pair of running trainers and they turned up in a box that was a bit squashed at one corner, but the shoes themselves were fine. The sizing was spot on, my usual UK size fitted perfectly. I like that you can pick a delivery slot and it gave me a text the morning of. The returns policy looks sensible too, though I haven't needed it yet. Happy with the pair so far.

Compared to the big high street chain I used to buy from, this is a much better experience. I've been ordering from them for about four years now, mostly boxes of printer paper and cables for the office. Prices are usually a bit lower and the delivery is reliable. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged in all that time.

Bought a fan heater for the spare room. It came a day later than the site said, and the box was a bit dented. Works fine though and the price was good.
