This was my first order with them so I was a bit nervous, but I compared a couple of other sites before choosing and this one came out ahead for the price of the serum. The checkout asked for the usual details and nothing extra, which I liked. It arrived in a couple of days, tracked all the way, and the bottle was undamaged. Glad I took the chance on them.
Read moreThe foundation I ordered was a shade lighter than the one shown on the site, which was a disappointment. I messaged them and it took three days to get a reply, and then the return label was fiddly to print. They did sort the swap in the end, but it was a bit of a faff. Not one I would rush back to.
Read moreThe lip balm I got is really nice, the tint is subtle and it doesn't feel sticky, which is what I was after. The thing that bugged me was the wait, it said dispatch in two to three days and it actually took five to arrive. The order itself was easy and the price was fair. I'd probably order again but I'd check the timings first.

I wanted a hair oil that wouldn't break the bank and picked up the argan one. It's a good size and smells lovely. Ordering took no time and it arrived quickly.
I was after a face mask and compared it with the one in my local chemist. This was noticeably cheaper for the same size, and the instructions were clear. The order was quick and the mask arrived well within the week. Good value for a regular buy.
I purchased the hand cream set for my daughter over the summer and I am pleased to say the order went through without any fuss. The little tubes are of a sensible size and the scent is quite pleasant, not overpowering at all. Delivery was prompt and the box arrived in good condition.
The free sample pot tucked in with my order is the thing that made me smile. Ordering was dead easy on my phone, the basket saved properly and the delivery came the next morning. Will definitely be back for the full size.
I compared this with the supermarket version of the same hand wash before ordering and this came out ahead on scent and price. The site was easy to use and the order arrived the next working day. First time buying from them and it went well.
Honestly this is the best value I have found for a proper moisturiser in a while. I know the usual brands well and this sits right alongside them for texture and how quickly it sinks in, without the premium price. Checkout was quick, the site is clear about ingredients, and it turned up in two days. Sorted.
I needed a refill for my usual conditioner and wanted something that wouldn't cost the earth. This was cheaper than the high street by a fair amount for the same size. The order was simple to place and it came in two days. Good value and I'll reorder when I run out again.
I bought the silk eye mask from the site last month and I have to say it arrived beautifully wrapped and exactly as described. The stitching is neat and the strap is gentle on the hair, which I was rather worried about. I would happily order from them again, and I have already mentioned them to my sister in Harrogate.
