This was my first order with them so I was a bit nervous, but I compared a couple of other sites before choosing and this one came out ahead for the price of the serum. The checkout asked for the usual details and nothing extra, which I liked. It arrived in a couple of days, tracked all the way, and the bottle was undamaged. Glad I took the chance on them.
Read moreThe foundation I ordered was a shade lighter than the one shown on the site, which was a disappointment. I messaged them and it took three days to get a reply, and then the return label was fiddly to print. They did sort the swap in the end, but it was a bit of a faff. Not one I would rush back to.
Read moreThe lip balm I got is really nice, the tint is subtle and it doesn't feel sticky, which is what I was after. The thing that bugged me was the wait, it said dispatch in two to three days and it actually took five to arrive. The order itself was easy and the price was fair. I'd probably order again but I'd check the timings first.
Read moreI needed to restock the razor refills I've been buying from here for years, as the last lot ran out sooner than expected. The blades are the same quality as always and the price has stayed sensible. Ordering was as quick as ever and it came the next morning. Nothing has changed, which is exactly why I keep coming back.
Decent shampoo, works well with my fine hair and lathers nicely. I know my way around haircare products and this holds its own against the mainstream brands. The only snag was the discount code didn't apply at first and I had to retry at checkout.
got the eyeshadow palette and it's really pretty, the shades are nice and blend ok. delivery was quick. the only thing is the case feels a bit flimsy but it's fine.
I needed a gift set in a hurry for my mum's birthday and the site made it easy to find something decent. The bundle I picked was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but the quality looked good. The item came in good time and was well packed. Mum was pleased, so that's the main thing.
My son has sensitive skin and I needed a gentle wash that wouldn't set him off. I looked at a few options before choosing this one, and the ingredient list was the deciding factor. It was a little more expensive than the basic brands, though it lasts ages. The order was simple and the delivery was on time.
