I bought the replacement filter for my water jug and it was the right fit first time. The price was a bit more than I'd seen elsewhere, but not by much and the saving on the shipping made up for it. Arrived on time and everything works as it should. Good enough that I'll be reordering in a few months when it's due.

I needed a new pair of slippers after my old ones gave out, and my daughter suggested I try them. The ordering was straightforward and the slippers arrived well before I expected. They're warm and the sole seems sturdy enough for the kitchen floor. I did find the sizing chart a bit small to read, but I managed in the end.

We chose the wool rug after comparing a few options at different shops, mostly for the pile height and how it would look with our floors. The price sat between the cheaper and dearer ones we looked at. It arrived rolled tightly and took a day to flatten, then looked lovely. Delivery was a bit slow, which was a shame, but the rug itself is worth it.

This is a sensible choice if you want something dependable without paying extra. I'd say the price is fair for what you get, and the ordering process was clear enough that I didn't need to phone anyone. The one small niggle was that the confirmation email took a while to arrive, but it did come through. I'd happily use them again.
