Compared to the one I've used for years from another supplier, this one felt much flimsier in the hand. I know the area well and the difference in build quality was obvious straight away. The item arrived on time but it wasn't quite what I expected from the description.

The rug we picked
We chose the wool rug after comparing a few options at different shops, mostly for the pile height and how it would look with our floors. The price sat between the cheaper and dearer ones we looked at. It arrived rolled tightly and took a day to flatten, then looked lovely. Delivery was a bit slow, which was a shame, but the rug itself is worth it.

needed a gift in a hurry
